Vancouver’s Translink services says it’s investigating a complaint against a bus driver, after a disabled man says he was bullied.  William Shephard who uses crutches says he was heading home (last week) from a Maple Ridge mall with his wife and kids and several bags of groceries when the bus driver tried to rush the family on board and then at their stop initially refused to let them off from the rear exit.
