Thank you for being apart of it all. When I started the blog 5 years ago I never thought I would be here.

It's been a long week for many of us. Every time we turn around something new seems to be taking place. So this week I wanted to focus on the conversation we all need to have about life in order for us to grow and change. We don't talk about things like how much money we make or why protests happen. We need to get used to having uncomfortable conversations about every aspect of life if we hope to grow.

What are you doing with your 168 hours a week?

It's hard right now with the world changing to get human contact, but we could all benefit from it

We all have had to adapt and change our lives, what changes are you grateful for?

Summer is coming and this summer may look a lot different from your last summer. Do you have a plan in place to make sure it is still enjoyable?

Some days will be better, more productive days. Others won't and that is okay right now.

Right now it can be hard for us all not to be overcome by all the fear, try not to let it consume you

Right now the world seems crazy and unreal. There are things we can do from home that help our communities. Find a way to give back if you can.

Things are getting crazy, chaotic and frankly a little scary. It can be hard in all of this to remember that we need to just take a deep breath for a minute. None of us is alone in all of this and we have the ability to manage our personal level of stress.
