What do we want to believe about ourselves? What do we want to speak and say about ourselves? If you can write out a beautiful story about yourself and who you want to be and how you see yourself and who that person is and how she/he is becoming than you can create that person in your mind. You can focus on what you want all day long and still create beautiful things to come to in your life especially things that are not blocked in your body and in your belief systems but if you have a core belief that money is hard to come by or if you have a corporate that you were not good enough or if you feel like you are not worthy of having the love of your life those traumas and belief systems will continue to work in your body and in your system until you have felt them healed them and released them and that is why working with on the energetic body is so important because we are holding on to things we don’t even realize on a conscious level. Deep dive into what happens when you do the healing work and how your manifestations will become that much effortless when you heal on a deeper level.

Mirror work is the most effective method at learning to love yourself and see the world as a safe and loving place. Mirror work while saying affirmations is the keys to healing deeply. 

Positive Affirmations plant healing thoughts and ideas that support you in developing self-confidence and self esteem and creating peace of mind and inner joy.

The most powerful affirmations are those you say out loud when you are in front of your mirror.

Come join me for a conversation about choices and mistakes. Life is like the navigation system in your car or on your smartphone. you can type in an address and it can give you the best, fastest route to get there, it will highlight the screen and give you the exact step by step route, but sometimes, we don't take it's advice and we choose to take a different route and what is good about it, is that even if you choose to take a different way, it doesn't stop just because we get off course, it re-calculates a new route from where I am, it can still get me there, even if I drive 100KM in the wrong direction or go through the woods, or take back roads that no one has ever been, it keeps rerouting and making adjustments telling me the fastest way to get to that original destination.  This is how the universe works, it allows you to take other directions, even if it takes you longer, or makes you go through the trenches a bit, even if it doesn't seem like it is the right path, or when you think you made the wrong choice, because when we get off course, the universe (God) finds another way to get us back on course.
