In this episode of Ground Up, I dive into the topic of ten things I am so grateful for doing in my 20's. I share ten personal experiences that have had a profound impact on my life and share why I thinks these are valuable lessons for all 20-somethings to consider.

I talk about: Moving out of your hometown and the importance of leaving your comfort zone and exploring new places. I shares how it helped me gain independence and confidence.

Living alone - Living alone can be a challenging but rewarding experience. It taught me valuable life skills such as cooking, cleaning and managing finances.

Being single - Being single in your 20's provides an opportunity to focus on personal growth and self-discovery. This time helped me understand what I want in a partner and in life.

Taking care of mental health - Mental health is a crucial aspect of our overall well-being. As best I could I tried to prioritize my mental health in my 20's and have definitely reaped a lot of benefits from doing so. One specific thing has been cultivating an amazing morning routine. The one I use is The Magic Journal.

Learning about money - Financial literacy is a vital life skill. I share how I learned about managing my finances and the importance of saving and investing.

Exploring different career options - I emphasize the importance of trying different jobs and finding what you are passionate about. Also sharing how I found my calling and how it has changed my life.

Failing at something - Failure is a necessary step in the learning process. I talk about how failing helped her build resilience and understand that it's okay to make mistakes.

Exercise - Regular exercise can have a significant impact on our physical and mental health. I started working out in my mid 20's and it has been a major game changer.

Creating your own version of a spiritual practice - Spirituality can take many forms and can be a source of comfort and guidance. I share how I found my own spiritual practice and how it has enriched my life.
