This time around I didn’t have to carry just one chef but two fucking chefs, half a brain cell between them. I better get that superman costume back on!

I was working at a really shitty place that didn’t appreciate me. The money was awful. I wanted out. A dream job became available. Should I go for it? Oh what the heck! What have I got to lose?

The head chef of this restaurant was a complete nut job. A psychopath. He belonged in the mental hospital. He clearly wasn’t all there.

I jumped at the chance to work for a Michelin starred chef, who wouldn’t? All is not what it seems.

First off, apologies for the poor sound. Welcome to the first ever episode of the Chef Tales Podcast. These podcasts are about experiences that I’ve had in kitchens. How does that sound? Like any good horror film this episode has some comedy to it and of course it involves a lot of blood. I don’t want to say too much so you’ll have to listen to find out. I’m a chef by trade and have been all since I was at school.

I will be telling some very interesting stories that have happened in kitchens.
