Today's episode is about porn - the hidden, menacing drug we're all addicted to. And before you click away because of discomfort... please give me a chance.

If you struggle with sexual dysfunction, escalation to extreme material, low desire for partnered sex, social anxiety, cognitive problems, or lack of motivation, porn could be at the core of that.

The crazy thing is, just like cigarettes were encouraged by Doctors in the 1930s, porn usage is massively encouraged by sex therapists and doctors today. We hear things like, "spice up your sex life with porn" or "can't get off during masturbation? Turn on some porn!"

This episode will show you a different angle of porn - What porn actually does to our brain and the massive price we all pay holistically as we dive deeper and deeper into this addiction that billions of dollars are funding.

To help me unpack this complex topic, I interview GoldJacketLuke - a guy who has personally walked with hundreds of people on their journey of healing porn addictions.

Luke is a YouTuber with over 75,000 subscribers who shares his insights on life. His main focus is talking about porn addiction, nofap, and healthy sexuality. Luke is also a life coach and has helped hundreds of clients over the last several years heal porn addiction.

I invite you to listen to this episode with an open and curious mind. You may feel a lot of resistance towards this topic - and that is completely normal. But, I massively believe in the importance of having uncomfortable conversations about things that go against the norm. It helps us to see things from a more balanced perspective.
