Changing your frequency + To begin a brand new day

Basically, I crushed our pep talk. Split into 2 series of 30 minutes: 1st half is GOALS : Intentions and covering your collaboration with the universe. 2nd half: I blacked out...I'm just kidding, it's all about assessing the vibe and getting in line with feeling good to stay on coarse. Enjoy! :)
