As a neuromuscular therapist for almost a decade, Cherette's approach to health and wellness is deeply rooted in the language of the brain and the body. After experiencing her father, one of the greatest entrepreneurs she knows, going to mow the lawn and transcending after his heart drowned in its own fluid, she knew that the "hustle mentality" of black entrepreneurship needed to shift. BHealthyNow was created to help black entrepreneurs create generational health by promoting nurturing the nervous system in order to generate a wholistic approach to living.
