Chip and Cern get serious. Dick jokes and busting your friends balls are all well and good, but sometimes there is times to be serious. Political shows, minimum wage and now a constant in the news is transgender people.    The Mormon John Smith wouldn’t like this show. If you aren’t interested in hearing about this topic please feel free to skip.    The transgender movement kicked off was the Caitlin Jenner transition late last year. It was a big deal because he was a big American hero and in the national spot light.   The North Carolina bathroom bill. One must use the bathroom for which gender they were assigned on their birth certificate. Chip doesn’t care where anyone shits and Cern agrees whole heartedly.    Church leaders, overly concerned parents and other folks are very concerned that these “transgendered freaks” will be raping all over the free world. Cern makes a great point that rapists are gonna rape no matter what laws are in place.   Some people are saying that anyone that “feels like a lady” can go into the women’s bathroom for sexual pleasures.    There has been more Republic Senators arrested for sexual misconduct than transgender people.   Chip shares his experience in an inclusive gender neutral bathroom at MozCon 2015.    Cern throws a true scenario from a drunk night at the bar. Where he was the “first man on the moon” and went into the women’s bathroom to piss/puke/poop.    Cern isn’t concerned in the least bit about any young children being harmed in any bathroom.    The Obama Administration has issued guidelines saying if your school is publicly or federally funded you must allow people to use the bathroom or locker room where they feel most comfortable. 50% of transgender people who were bullied in school have attempted suicide.    What is wrong with allowing people to just feel comfortable with who they are.    Cern says do what you wanna do and I’ll do what I want to do.   It is ironic that the people who are most concerned with this bill and the government telling people what to do HATE when they try to take your guns away.   Curt Schilling was fired for anti transgender posting on Facebook.   #Boycott target with some AFA folks. Chip realizes that people have been using the same bathrooms for years with the unisex bathrooms at gas stations and beyond. People are bringing their bibles into Target and shouting. These Bible thumpers are gonna move to Wal Mart.    Maroon 5, Springsteen, Pearl Jam and more have already cancelled their shows in North Carolina to which they are losing out on $4.5 BILLION in Federal funding. A new Chip and Cern Show Series: The People v OJ

Special guest Dana in studio. The original OJ stuff happening in 1994 when Chip, Cern and Dana were all in 1st grade, so not a lot of memories from the actual events as they were happening.

Cern and Dana wen’t totally thrilled with the Cuba Gooding Jr. as JUICE. 

Rodney King stuff to start the show. Looting, crazy ass police. Never really was old old enough to understand it. 

Dumb dog blew it for Juice. Hella evidence all over. HEY A WHITE BRONCO. Well 3mins in and cops are breaking rules. Juice had a nice fat pad. Humble guy with a giant bronze statue in his house. OJ seemed shaken up. Lots of paintings about himself. 

Cuba had a very heavy look upon his face. Cern appreciates the director’s direction he gave Cuba. 

Does he really go by Juice ALL THE TIME? 3rd person talking Juice. 

Johnny Cochran had hundreds of suits. Rich AF.

Marsha is a real bitch. Bobby Kardashian. OJ always looking like he is on the struggle bus. Oh shit JUICE cut his finger. 

Dana is dropping OJ knowledge.

Cern thinks Ving Rhames should have been cast as JUICE.

Chip was so annoyed about the Kardashian daughters being shoe horned into the show for no reason. 

Cern things Cuba should have gone on the roids to bulk up for the role.

JUICE doesn’t really have a solid story. Marsha is pissed at OJ cause he is a woman beater.

OJ likes dem pills. Howard is dropping the ball. Travolta/Shipero is a creep lol. Marsha the bitch hates ol redhead Bill. 

“OJ did you do it?” NO. This mofo sounds like Tracy Morgan. Marsha loves cigs. Flunked the lie detector. Bobby Kardashian is pissed. A bit over the top with the drama of stuff i.e. after the lie detector test. Popping the pills. It would have been cool to see some actual newspaper pics from the funeral or these different events. Open casket? 

Chip wanted to start checking the facts, articles and pics. Seems like everyone thought he was guilty. 

Evidence is a lock on this shit. This evidence would have put Steve Avery in the chair. 

The 5-0 cutting deals with them to bring him in and stuff. 

Spicoli got all lawyered up. OJ writing all sorts of letters and shit on the pills. Kim’s bedroom ugh enough with the shoehorning. 

Did they really call him Juice all the time? Bronco is gone! Drives horrible for a get away driver. Again would have liked to see some actual footage. 

Chip and Cern weren't hooked by the 1st episode. Dana just wanted to see the trial episodes. Dana promises that the trial will be very entertaining.

Cern is now worried about getting dick punched by Joe. Cern picks his second favorite song and has the date memorized for the GnR Show in San Francisco. Cern picks Welcome to the Jungle off Appetite for Description. Cerney doesn’t recognize Chinese Democracy as an official GnR album.    Chip goes into his distorted youth. He couldn’t watch the OG Batman until 13 because of the rules his parents put in place. Chip remembers in 2000 that he can watch Batman and other PG-13 movies. When Chip was 20 he saw a PG-13 movie and his parents were disappointed he saw such a movie.    Dana’s old man loved KISS and Zeppelin. Chip’s brother doesn’t know any music. Didn’t know who Lynyrd Skynyrd is or the song Freebird. He didn’t know Rolling Stones, CCR or any songs. He asked if the Rolling Stones were a good band. Cern is beyond excited for the show and has wanted their reunion for years.   Both Cern and Dana have bought new houses and they are filled with frustrations. Cern has to consult his notepad of rants. “Frustrating” is the word Dana uses to describes home buying experience. 1st home for Dana and this is the 3rd for Cern. Cern demands the brass tacks from his realtor. Lots of home buying stories and dealings with the mortgage companies. Offers, counter offers and tons of back and forth. Cern went through 3 loan companies before he settled on one.    Cern has some appraiser stories from hell with his house inspections. Cern’s wife posted on FB she never wants to buy a house again and then it was in the “Memories” section from 2011 when they bought their 1st house.    Joe helped Dana move and he is cheap cause you can pay him with beer. Chip talks about moving out of his folks house and into his first place with his wife. Where you have to buy more stuff to fill your house up than you are bringing in. Dana tosses our a free plug for RC Willy.    Cern nearly dumps his fridge off the uHaul ramp. Cern has a obsession with Samsung. Range stove, washer, dryer, microwave, fridge and dishwasher are all Samsung. Cern needs a Samsung TV that the guys are going to have Joe move for them. Cern got the black stainless on all his Samsung appliances.    Chip shares his moving story from when Cern bailed on him and he had to move his entire apartment solo.    Cern starts a banana intervention for Chip. Chip’s wife talked to Cern about his problem with ordering too much bananas on Instacart. He ordered 36 bananas at once. Cern HATES then, not even Runts. Chip eats lots of fruit and even the skin of a kiwi. Chip doesn’t eat grapefruit. Cern doesn’t own a banana hanger. Lots of banana talk. Curt Schilling has finally be hosed by ESPN after an

anti-transgendered Facebook post. He was previously suspended for

making anti-Muslim tweets comparing Muslims to Nazis. 

 

North Carolina’s bathroom bill has got Curt all riled up and

he shares some anti-transgendered post on Facebook and added some

context of his own about penises being only in the men’s restroom.

Why can’t he just keep himself off of Facebook or Twitter with

these hot topic issues. We can’t go posting crazy shit on social

media and expect to get fired from our jobs. 

 

Tangent: NFL Draft Pick with the bong gas mask missing out on

7 million dollars.

 

Cern wishes Tony Gywnn could have lived and Schilling kick the

bucket. Chip thinks Curt used PEDs during the “bloody sock” era.

Schilling has a history of positing crazy shit on Facebook. Chip

would be excited at first to be friends with Schilling on FB, but

then he would have to unfollow because of all the shit he

posts. 

 

Curt Schilling won’t leave well enough alone. 

 

Harold Reynolds got hosed from ESPN as well, but now has a gig

on MLB Network. The boys don’t see Schilling coming back after this

setback. 

 

Curt Schilling has not learned his lesson.

Chip and Cern aren’t just about dick jokes and fantasy baseball anymore! California has signed a bill to increase minimum wage to $15/hr. This change will be a laddered approach and will fully take effect in 2020. Small businesses have a few more years to adjust to the change.
