This week we tapped into the heart, we had two beautiful guests join us Tionne and Taylor. We tapped into bringing value into our friendships and what that looks like. JD touches on him being too friendly and how It hindered his past relationships with women. Shared thoughts on the book "The Will to Change" based around men, what masculinity looks like and love. Finally we wrapped up the show with a question, "how will you love yourself deeper this year?"
