Pandemic Pizza started when 2 best friends got furloughed from their jobs in March and they began making pizza out of their studio apartment. How crazy is that? They figured they might make a couple of pizzas for their friends/families but after only a couple of days, they were getting upwards of 50 orders a day. All out of their tiny home kitchen oven! After a few kitchen-aid and oven issues, they still made it out! They are currently located inside RoVino the Foodery and offering all different types of pizza, including a NEW cauliflower crust and weekly rotating pizza flavors! One of the owners, Chef Marco, takes us on a journey of this beloved spot that boasts of eclectic Italian flavors boasting a farm to table concept. What's one word that describes them? Freshness! Their menu is filled with rich, hearty pastas, fresh, fresh seafood, and even a vegan menu! They have such a cute and romantic outdoor dining area so you can still dine with them! We were introduced to this place from our dear foodie and previous guest Jermaine (@forking_in_public) and we're so glad he put us onto it!
