It’s been a wild week, not even including the former President’s indictment news. One of the wildest stories is how California is trying to handle shoplifting... by allowing it. California tech companies are demanding workers come back to the office. Imagine you get a good deal on a piece of land only for said land to give you plasma cancer. Such is the case for one Santa Barbara guy who just scored a $63m judgment for showing Chevron did him dirty. We all knew it would come sooner or later, but it’s starting to look like the cost of living in California is finally at a tipping point. Not only is it stupid expensive to live here, doing so will come with a VERY costly risk. Cue Calexit. It's all on KFIAM-640!
