A new trick some restaurants are employing is to add an 18% “service charge” to the check. However, they don’t make clear that this charge does not go to the servers but, rather, onto the bottom line of the business. Servers are crying foul. Chris is just crying. Residents in Rolling Hills are surprised when their land starts rolling. Now, geologists are trying to figure out why it’s happening and people like me are thinking of every California based disaster movie ever made. The 9th Circuit court made a ruling that said an Oregon city couldn’t just tell people to stop being homeless. Then, the city appealed to an en banc court who denied a rehearing but did offer a scathing dissent. As per ush, there’s always more to the story. One homeless guy is busted for living in an underground utility vault. Can you blame him? As homeless accommodations go, it’s probably pretty nice. It's all on KFIAM-640!!!
