Everyone is asking for a tip nowadays. One Bay Area restaurant is taking it a step further by mandating a tip on every check regardless of party size. How NOT to parent. Step one: Hide a ton of drugs under the kids. Step Two: spend more time on social media than with your kids. Californians oppose institutional racism. They also oppose pulling money out of their own pockets to make good on that. Politicians are lining up to appear more relatable but it actually just makes them look like pandering tools.
