When you feel anxious, what do you do? Where do you run to?
In Philippians 4:4-9, Paul gives us three three things to replace our anxiety with.
We might not always have a sunny optimism or positive attitude, but that should not stop us from rejoicing in the Lord always.
We should remember that prayer to God is being present in the midst of anxiety. It’s saying “here I am, God '' to the one who is in the midst of it all with you.
Don’t be whatever about the “whatever’s”. Meditate on them. If it seems overwhelming and there’s too many, pick one or two to focus on.It is entirely possible to rejoice always, pray in every situation, and think on the “whatever’s” when we feel anxiety creeping in. It’s up to us to put it into practice.
