It's the most important question anyone has been asked and should be asked.  It’s the most important question anyone has ever answered or will answer. 

It is out of the super-abundant overflow of that which we receive from Christ that we serve and minister to each other and to our neighbor.

The apostles had the ability and the right to do what they had been sent to do only because the ability and the right to do it had been given to them by the One in whose name they had been sent.

Life is frail and death is a reality.  But our hope is not in our physical health and well-being, or in the longevity of our lives.  Our hope is in Christ who is and has the absolute authority over sin, sickness, life, and death.

While Christ may not protect us from experiencing storms, and while He may even lead us into them, He will certainly protect and sustain us in the midst of them.

Is your heart a heart of good soil that is producing good fruit that’s visible?

The result of the indiscriminate sowing of the seed of God's Word is it falling on various soils.  Which soil are you?  Which heart do you possess?

Our sins are many, His mercy is more.

In moments of doubt, we must look beyond what we are feeling to what we know to be true.  Better yet, we must look to the One who we know to be true.  The blessed, the humble, and the wise look to Jesus!

These stories have happy endings, not because the death of the first is postponed, and the death of the second is temporarily overcome, but due to what we learn about Christ who intervened. (We apologize for the recording.  There were technical difficulties.)
