Mary Danielsen talks with national pro-life speaker Seth Gruber about the destruction of our culture via Planned Parenthood, eugenics, and abortion. Seth is a wealth of information regarding the history, the “roots and shoots” of how we got here. The enemy of our souls has been working overtime to steal, kill, and destroy those made in God’s image. But the latter part of that verse in John 10 says that Jesus has “come so that they may have life”. The only weapon we have is the gospel but it is the power of the resurrection that fuels it. We as  a church have the answer but the world is in darkness. Join us for a thought provoking hour and an education on how we got here.

Holly Pivec joins us today for an in-depth look at the New Apostolic Reformation, particularly as represented by the likes of Bill Johnson at Bethel. Who is this man and what is this “reformation” they speak of? Even the first part of the name, “New Apostolic” should set off alarms, but a reformtion? Is it a cult? We will talk about the who, what, how and why of it. We also take a look at what we might call the “gateway drug” of Bethel and Hillsong: the music arm of these churches, which has spread the doctrine of NAR far and wide to untold numbers of churches around the world. The teachings of NAR aren’t particularly new, considering the Latter Rain Movement of the 1940s and the Kansas City Prophets of the 1980s, but as with anything that the church refuses to be discerning about, it never goes away and just spreads, particularly in the computer/internet age. If you know of anyone caught in the web of NAR this is for you.

Her new book, “Reckless Christianity” can be found here.

“Counterfeit Kingdom” can be found here.

Mary Danielsen talks with prophecy expert and author Terry James, founder of Rapture Ready ministry. Terry has been coming alongside the church for decades to encourage and exhort believers to look upward, and now more than ever. His soon-to-be-released book, “Nearing Midnight: As it Was in the Days of Lot” helps the reader understand what is the significance of believing that the church’s work on earth is winding to a close. We talk about cultural insanity, evil men and seducers, and why these times are so perilous for the awake, the woke, and the slumbering denier. “Rapture Ready” is a great resource for the believer and has an entire section of updated commentaries called, “Nearing Midnight” as well as headlines and articles from the very best and brightest minds who are watching bible prophecy unfold.

Don Veinot, Jr.

Ron Henzel

Don Veinot and Ron Henzel talk to Mary Danielsen about the fallout from the Bill Gothard teachings of the 80s and 90s. Having clearly imploded from aberrant teaching and immoral behaviour,  it came to the fore in the recent documentary, “Shiny Happy People” which brought shame to the cause of Christ in a much larger public context. The children who were raised in it seem to be drifting toward deconstruct mode regarding their faith; some who wish to hang on to their faith have a long road of disentanglement ahead. So is there anything to be gained by exposing it today? What exactly was the ignition spark that brought this legalistic belief system into evangelical families in the first place? Cults – and legalists – are not just limited to extra-curricular doorbell ringers but they can and are in the midst of the church doing untold damage.

Their work, A Matter of Basic Principles, recently updated and re-released, is a difficult read but Gothard’s influence on evangelicalism must be seen for what it is, an absolute tragedy that serves as a cautionary tale to the church.

Todd Nettleton of Voice of the Martyrs returns with an update on the state of the persecuted church in particular hot spots around the world. Author of “When Faith is Forbidden: 40 Days on the Frontlines with Persecuted Christians“, Todd’s understanding of and compassion for those who suffer for Christ is boundless and his desire to help meet their needs is a blessing beyond compare for our brethren overseas. How will Americans respond to their own faith trials should the Lord tarry? There is so much strength to be had simply through hearing the stories of those who are already facing brutal hostility in nations not friendly to the gospel. While prayer is their #1 need year-round, churches are invited to take time to pray specifically on this year’s International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church on November 5.

A weekly podcast is also available for those who wish to keep up with the latest news and stories of transformation.

Jonathan Brentner

Jonathan Brentner and Mary Danielsen discuss the importance of understanding the 4 main views of Bible Prophecy – Preterist, Historicist, Allegorical and Futurist. While the rapture debate rages on, particularly on social media, there are other terms we should understand to help us see where the church has been going for the last many years. Why does the glorious hope get dragged through the doctrinal mud these days, along with the resurrection of the dead in Christ and we which are alive and remain? We also look at facism as seen through the eyes of Habakkuk. A thoughtful podcast for the wearly traveler.

Speaker and blogger Jonathan has authored “Triumph of the Redeemed” and “Cancel This: What Today’s Church Can Learn from the Bad Guys of the Bible” which can be found on Amazon.com.

We also pursue some hard questions about the state of Bible Colleges and Christian Colleges as they navigate the diversity/inclusion road. What does it take to shepherd the flock of God today? What is the responsibility of the flock in supporting their leaders in all humility?
