Our faith becomes more and more precious when our faith grows into a practical faith. In other words, we have begun to live a life more and more reflective of our faith. The Apostle Peter expressed it this way: For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love (2 Peter 1:5-7).
This is God's holy chain-reaction of practical faith. Faith heads up the chain followed by seven practical links that will bring heavenly realities into the world in which we live. It can't get much more practical than this.
