Episode 2 of the Money Saga! (The title is a work in progress. ;))
This episode is short but sweet! I'm going right into what I've learned about quick fixes to manifest more money into your life (if they exist), and what's worth spending your time and energy on.
Is it worth writing things down multiple times?
Are there certain meditations that will get that money in your account?
Listen into the episode to find out! :)

Welcome to the Christy Says Things pod where we are talking all things MONEY for the next 30 days!
On the inter webs we always catch the people at the point of having solved the problem, showing off their abundant lifestyle, and helping us get there too. Which has been super helpful for me, so no shade thrown there.
BUT
I am not a "millionaire" yet, however I have been doing SO much work on changing beliefs about money, my energy around money, and how I speak about money, and it is allowing money into my life in non-traditional ways.
I thought - wouldn't it be cool to work alongside me, and see what I'm doing to manifest more? That's so rarely shown, and I wish I would have had that years ago.
I have learned so much over the last couple of years as I've worked to pick apart my beliefs about money, and on this podcast I discuss some common beliefs, how your upbringing can still be impacting your money situation as an adult, and where you should focus if you're ready to change the amount of money in your life.
Money still somehow, with how important it is, is a taboo topic, and ya know what? We're diving in. :)
Let's talk about that cash! Grab a drink & snack and lets chat.

It's the birthday episode! I turned twenty twice last week and have done all the celebrating.
I was going to do a - this is what I've learned turning 40 type episode - and I kinda/sorta did :)
But I especially focused in on a couple things that you can do right now to elevate your life, and you don't need to have a birthday to do.
1. Check in with yourself, and be honest if you're happy with where you're at right now.
2. Think about perfect world scenario, no holds barred. Who would you be, what would you be doing, who would you be doing it with?
3. What can you do right now to show up as that person?
I break down those questions on the pod today! Come have a listen!

This week on the podcast I hope you join me in welcoming LeRoy Gordon. He and I go way back to 2016, when we grand opened an Orange Theory Fitness studio as Coaches. I had Owen only a few months later so I left the studio, but we stayed friends on the Gram, and I got to keep up with all the things LeRoy was up to! He shared a Reiki healing on his Instagram recently, and it was wonderful, so I knew I had to have him on the pod to share his talents with you!
LeRoy is also a Men’s Mental Health Coach, and although the majority of my listeners identify as female, I know that there’s always something we can learn from and about relationships with the men in our life. He does share some great suggestions during our time together that will help you walk away from the podcast with more tools in your belt for supporting them!
LeRoy is a men's mental health coach, reiki healer, and fitness coach. His recent work with men includes creating a men's support group in Chicago,IL, and a new course for men looking to become more confident and fulfilled. Find LeRoy on Instagram @royflashgordon and on TikTok and Youtube @sovereignsolsmenswork.

Could this be one of my favorite topics to talk about? PERHAPS. :)
Play is defined as engaging in an activity for enjoyment and recreation rather than a serious or practical purpose.
So if play has this ring to it of feeling irresponsible, my task in this episode is to sell you on why it's not only the right thing to do, it can help attract other good things into your life like a big old happy snowball of wonderfulness.
(I do talk a little about different play ideas in this episode, so if you are looking for some of that, come and get it!)
Mainly this episode is one for the person that wants to loosen up, enjoy life, and have more fun, but can't quite figure out how to make it happen.
Make sure you stay tuned until the end for the homework assignment too. ;)
Let's go play!

We're back this week with a fitness inspired episode, that of course I'm weaving some thoughts about mindset into!
If you didn't know, I have been heavily into fitness over the last 14ish years. Initially I fell in love with fitness as a runner, then Crossfitter, then Orange Theory-er, Beachbody-er, (I was a Coach in all 3) and now currently I'm a F45 enthusiast, no longer coaching anything, and just love my group fitness classes. :)
Fitness is very important to me and my mental health, but I also L-O-V-E feeling strong. I truly believe that once you see what's possible for yourself, no matter who you are or the person you've been in the past when it comes to working out, that you can catch the bug and start to at least enjoy it if not love it.
If you are a super beginner with working out, you may want to go back and listen to episode 4 (I couldn't remember which one it was when I referenced it in the podcast, but it's not 10 like I said!) and start there to get more tips for newbies or people getting restarted into a fitness journey before you listen to this one, although you'll still have some takeaways that apply to more than just working out.
If you are someone who works out mostly because you have to, or has hit some plateaus in your fitness, you'll leave this episode with some tools you can use to break through that glass ceiling, improve your mental strength, and approach your workout from a brand new place tomorrow!
Grab a drink, grab a snack, and let's chat!

Do you ever find yourself saying that you'll be truly happy when ______ happens in the future? A vacation? When you find your significant other? Have that job? That amount in your bank account? That house?
In this (brief) episode, I'm sharing a couple ideas on how to enjoy your day to day life while you're waiting for your next chapter to begin.

Happy Valentines Day!
I thought this would be a perfect day for a surprise episode, especially for anyone who is figuring out how to give themselves a little more self-love.
In this episode I'm talking about these 5 things:
⇨ How to hold space for yourself, where you're at right now
⇨ Dating yourself before loving yourself
⇨ How to speak to yourself kindly
⇨ Making space for good energy to level up your self-worth
⇨ How doing more of what makes you happy relates to how much you love yourself
Listen in for a Valentine's virtual hug, and hopefully a little boost in happiness. :)

I am so excited to have Hannah on the podcast today! I have had multiple sessions over the last 2 years with Hannah, including past life readings, channeling/card readings, and even a seminar with her, and she is just the bee's knees. So, I can't wait to give you the chance to get to know her better. :)
Hannah is an artist, designer, and entrepreneur best known for creating The Deck of Character, which you may have seen me use and share on the @christysaysthings IG page. She is here to build tools that help people believe in themselves: their power, intuition, and creativity, and today she’s sharing more about how you can tap into wisdom that you have available to you, right now!
In this episode, Hannah will share with us how she learned about her spiritual gifts, the beauty of taking a leap in life even without the net showing, the differences and similarities between meditating and channeling, how you can take advantage of one of life’s coolest cheat codes, how to read Oracle cards, and more! It's a loaded episode, dig on in!
You can find out more about Hannah or book a session with her on Instagram @thedeckofcharacter, or @thehouseofmama, or on her websites thehouseofmama.com or thedeckofcharacter.com.
Check out Episode 52 - Oracle Cards & Channeling for Beginners with Hannah @thedeckofcharacter on Apple Music or Spotify. And make sure you share it with a friend who you think would enjoy it!
