Jeff Devoe is a Los Angeles based electronic music producer. He released drum and bass under Devoe from 2004-2008 with Relentless Audio, a local LA based label started by himself, Dj Kingpin (also from Chromacast!), and Direct Feed.

From 2009-2014 he released electro house as 1/2 of Oh Shit! Oh Shit! performed a semi-live dj set featuring live vocals from Sean Adams (lead) and Jeff Devoe (backup). All of Oh Shit!’s music can still be found on Beatport and will still shake your ass!

Jeff Devoe delivers a very special mix for Episode 25. A mix recorded live from a recent gig at Camp Trip: Oasis; a high quality, music forward, outdoor weekend event situated in various Southern California desert locations. During this sunrise set Jeff Devoe provides an uplifting start to the day and injects more tech and progressive energy as the mix progresses. Jeff Devoe explains “Watching the sunrise and getting to start (or end) the day for a group of music lovers was an honor. From the sunrise comes new possibilities and I hope this set communicates that to anyone who listens to it.” Music from COMA, Cozzy D, Mita Mita, Alex Niggeman, and Subandrio pepper the set.

I've been doing the "bedroom DJ" thing for a few years now. I play only as a hobby right now. I like playing multiple genres of electronic music, but the deeper varieties of House and Tech House are where I feel at home :)

Being a part of the Mixcloud community has kept me very motivated - there are a lot of talented people in this community, and I've met some awesome people/artists so far. It has definitely had an impact on my progression and creativity. Thank you all for your continued support and love of music.

Kingpin began his dance music career as a DnB DJ in 1999. Flipped to progressive house and global club culture in 2005 after feeling DnB had reached its creative pinnacle, making a pilgrimage to Ibiza every few years. Stopped playing out professionally in 2008, but never stopped mixing and being involved in dance culture.

While a lot can be talked about when it comes to “Old School,” Thee-O walks the walk. He has accomplished a lot in his 25 years of being a DJ, producer and promoter and he is just getting started. He remains wildly popular while staying firmly planted into the underground scene and not falling into the hype that can surround the current EDM culture. With new ventures, new branding, new tracks, and new ideas, the future is going to be one for the books with lots more to come from this music innovator.

You know Calculon. His gargantuan beats have been destroying dancefloors for a decade, pushing the envelope at jungle, juke and hardcore parties around the globe. Classic tracks like “Larchmont,” “Back the Fuck Up,” and his most-recent stormer “Fierce” w/ Shamanga & Austin Speed have been cained on BBC Radio 1, RinseFM, and by dance music dons like Rockwell, Om Unit, Toddla T and Digital, while his labels Rubik and Shoot Recordings are continually on the cutting edge of uptempo sounds. Shit, he’s rocked from Tokyo to Fabric in London, but who is Calculon really? How did this handsome California lad become such a motherfucking behemoth of bassmusic murder? Why do A-list producers line up to work with dude? And where in the hell is he taking dancefloors next? Let’s be straight: you may think you know Calculon, but you haven’t seen nothing yet.
