Fatigue is different than being simply tired. Ongoing, chronic fatigue is often associated with chronic conditions and sometimes, medications.  Learning how to manage your day (week, life) when fatigue is present can be a challenge. It took a bit of courage to do this post because I'm talking about something that is very personal that I have been struggling with all my life. This however is part of why doing this podcast is so important to me. If we are willing to do the work required to break through negative messaging around how we feel about ourselves it can be extremely liberating. 

In this episode, I share how for the very first time I showed my bare arms at the gym. It may seem like the most trivial thing in the world but if you are someone who has grown up feeling shame about your body it can be a big accomplishment to get passed that.
