Headlines and the Mariners have some big decisions to make in the near future:

Tyrese Haliburton is showing off in the Eastern Conference Finals and according to a poll done by the Athletic, he’s the most overrated player in the NBA. Ok, sure, the poll only received responses from 90 NBA players, so only 12 of them named him, but why would any of them?

The MLB Trade Deadline is coming in July, and while we have heard that the Mariners aren’t planning on being aggressive at the deadline, we would certainly like them to be. Now that we have past Memorial Day and the unofficial quarter poll, it’s time to start thinking about trades and Chuck has some options!

The Mariners got the W at home last night with the bats coming alive and Logan Evans dominating on the mound.

Logan Evans pitched 8 full innings, only giving up 1 run and was appreciative of his team’s support in his best outing to date.

Cal Raleigh is the best catcher in baseball and there’s no doubt about it.

- K is for kids- the kids in Tacoma are getting a lot of attention. Could Cole Young or Harry Ford be called up soon?

- L is for lollygaggers- the team was struggling to get things done on the last day of the roadtrip.

Who is this Nationals team? Not your Father’s Nationals, that’s for sure.

This organization is looking good after trading Juan Soto a few years ago. There’s a lot of new faces and these youngsters are on the way up.

The weekend was glorious… until the Mariners went and put us in a bad mood on Sunday and now it’s hanging over us because they haven’t played since then.

The M’s went 6-4 on the road trip, which we would have been perfectly happy with heading into the long trip, but after sweeping the Padres and winning the series in Chicago, we had higher hopes for the team in Houston.
