Jonathan Isaac, Orlando Magic professional basketball player, announced that he has launched his own athletic apparel company that will be marketed to Christians and conservatives. This Afro-American basketball player made headlines in 2020 when he stood during the national anthem as his teammates knelt in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement. He said he wanted to give Americans, freedom loving, faith loving Americans the option to buy with their values. In his announcement about his new company, UNITUS, he alluded to "woke" companies that have made a conscious decision to either attack or undermine Christian and conservative values. Dr. Hall discusses what the term "woke" means and how it drives political correctness. Microaggressions are defined. Descriptions of wokeness in the business world are outlined with the Anheuser-Busch use of a transgender personality on their beer can being an example. Why Critical Race Theory is anti-gospel and how it contradicts Scripture is part of this presentation. Dr. Hall calls wokeism the modern religion of the world and demonstrates how Scripture warned us that this was coming. The social fallout from transgenderism is described. He points out that wokeism spawns cancel culture because those who embrace wokeism feel they are ushering in a new social justice with love and tolerance. The goal of wokeism is to rule by demolishing all doubters, destroying their platforms and demolishing their lives. Woke ideology rules by fear. If you don't obey, you will be canceled. Wokeism is modern day heresy! Christians and God-fearing people serve a God with a Holy Spirit, not a spirit of evil. Can also be heard on YouTube at:

Dr. Dennis Hall has spent a lifetime intervening in child sex abuse and finds the blockbuster movie, "Sound of Freedom" a welcome glimpse into the dark underbelly of child sex trafficking. This movie is based on the true story of Tim Ballard, a former Homeland Security agent, who has embarked on numerous missions to rescue victims from the clutches of human traffickers. Dr. Hall recounts his experiences of observing poverty-stricken families renting their children to pedophiles for sex. He describes sex tourism where people travel abroad for sex with children and voluntourists who go abroad to work at nongovernmental agencies and charities to gain access to children, He points out that orphanages in Cambodia are filled with children removed from their parents and trafficked to pedophiles. He goes on to describe how misled some well-meaning pastors and congregations are when it comes to convicted pedophiles. Scripture is used to teach the view of Jesus on this malady. Dr. Hall concludes this podcast by saying that Jesus made it clear that if we harm children, it is at our peril, and He expects us to use our minds to honor God. Pastor Dennis Hall and his guest Justin Bohner, Assistant Pastor, First Baptist Church, Highlands, North venture into the controversy surrounding the new song by country music artist Jason Aldean, "Try That In A Small Town." This song and the accompanying video highlight the chaos and anarchy that is regularly seen on television and occurs primarily in the urban streets of America. These two pastors discuss crime in small towns compared to urban areas, noting similarities and differences. With all of the chaos and anarchy that seems to be swirling around cities in America, these pastors point out that the Bible provides universal principles that should guide us in our behavior toward government. God speaks through the apostle Paul in Romans 13:1 where we read, "Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established." In verse two Paul goes on to say, "Consequently he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves." These pastors flesh out how Christians should interpret Paul's teaching in Romans 13 in contemporary society. It is pointed out that God does expect us to obey and honor those in government except when secular laws are immoral under God's law. The podcast concludes by pointing out that God expects order and respect for one another and the governing authorities. There are times when followers of Christ will be called upon to stand up with a holy "NO!" In the face of evil and injustice. Can also be seen on YouTube at:https://youtu.be/bpXXw-q81Qo
Ordained minister, Dr. Dennis Hall, discusses the infinite nature of the universe using the recent discovery of the most distant star ever seen, some 28 billion light years away from Earth, to launch into an analysis of God's infinite attributes. He points out that the sum total of all actual and potential knowledge is in the possession of God, frequently called omniscience. Hall describes God's unlimited power, omnipotence, and then proceeds to outline the things that God cannot do because it is not in his will. God desires to be infinitely intimate with his followers "come near to God and he will come near to you" (James 4:8). Transcendent means that God is above all finite concepts, unfathomable and unknowable. The implications of this concept are addressed. Dr. Hall concludes the podcast by asking the listeners to worship God as though he is infinite and reigns over an infinite universe. Can also be seen on YouTube at:https://youtu.be/LQSSzJNtkIM
Dr. Dennis Hall begins this podcast by reviewing the history of the Fourth of July celebrations in America, known as Independence Day. He reminds listeners that Americans are celebrating the 13 colonies’ adoption of the Declaration of Independence. The first organized celebration of Independence Day occurred on July 4, 1777, in Philadelphia. Since that time Americans have continued this tradition and the Fourth of July became a federal holiday in 1941. He points out that our nation was founded upon the idea that God created human beings to be free. Dr. Hall points out that freedom is not just based on the country where one lives. When Christians are singing about being shackled by a heavy burden or being chained and set free, they are talking about spiritual slavery. The four options for people addicted to sin are reviewed along with the remedy for liberation. The good news is that faith in Jesus Christ frees us from the death we deserve for sinning against God. Only Jesus can break the bonds of spiritual slavery and lead us to true freedom. Can be seen on YouTube at: https://youtu.be/LZLFnoyKNPE
Ordained minister, Dr. Dennis Hall, reviews the extensiveness of pride month parades and celebrations. He points out the nudity and vulgarity that is being displayed in these parades where the streets are lined with spectators including children. The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, a drag queen group known for vulgar displays mocking Christianity and Catholics were honored by the Los Angeles Dodgers on their Pride Night. When Dr. Hall asks the question, “How did we get to this place in history?”, He points out that only 24% of Americans believe that the Scripture is the actual word of God and to be taken literally. Thus, the moral Compass of America has largely disappeared. Biblical instruction is very clear – perversions of gender and sexuality are clearly recognized as sin by God. Dr. Hall traces the launch of the gay rights movement to the Stonewall riots that took place in June 1969 in New York City. He describes how the rainbow flag became the symbol for the LBGTQ movement and why Christians are offended that the rainbow, a sacred symbol of Christianity, is being used by a sinful movement. Noah, the biblical flood, and the rainbow are discussed in great detail. Dr. Hall concludes the podcast by challenging the listeners to dedicate their selves to leading moral upright lives and making Jesus Christ, their Lord and Savior. The day after Father’s Day the national news reported six people were killed and dozens injured in weekend shootings across the U.S. Dr. Dennis Hall explains that he was prompted to wonder how many came from fatherless homes. Nearly 30% of all homes in the United States are fatherless. 40% of all births in the United States occur outside of marriage. 54% of children born in the US reach their 17th birthday without a married mom and dad in the house. The tragic results of fatherless homes are vastly higher rates of incarceration for boys and drastically higher teenage pregnancy rates for girls, increased drug and alcohol abuse, and poor educational achievement. America has the highest percentage of fatherless homes in the world. The collapse of the American family is believed to be the root cause of the decline in church attendance. Dr. Hall lays out the biblical vision of fatherhood. He concludes the podcast by encouraging fathers to emulate their Heavenly Father and pray that God will make them the best fathers they can be in their circumstances.
Nine out of ten adults say they believe there is a mental health crisis in the US today. Dr. Dennis Hall and his guest Dr. Ken Jones, Senior Pastor, Amelia Plantation Chapel, Fernandina Beach, Florida address the explosion of mental health issues in America. More than 50 million people in America are suffering from mental health conditions. The highest rate of mental health conditions are among young adults ages 18 to 25. It is more than twice as high as adults 50 and older. They review some of the causes for the dramatic rise in mental health issues. Among the causes discussed are smartphones, divisive news, violent TV programs, and video games, the breakdown of the family unit, sexual and gender confusion, and overly protected and indulged children. These pastors point out that God cares about your heart but also cares about your mind. Jesus said in Matthew 22:37, “Love you Lord your God with all your heart , with all your soul, and all your mind.” They describe how the sacrament of communion can impact the minds of believers and be transformational in their lives. God tells us, “RENEW YOUR MINDS!” by being led by the spirit. Can also be see on YouTube at: https://youtu.be/MUloFU7tZms
Dr. Dennis Hall describes loneliness and points out that on May 3rd the Surgeon General of the U.S. issued an advisory calling attention to a national epidemic of loneliness. Fifty percent of Americans report experiencing loneliness. It is more than a bad feeling. It is associated with greater risk of cardiovascular disease, dementia, stroke, depression, anxiety, and premature death. Loneliness is one of the best predictors of suicide. Social connection is a fundamental human need that is essential to survival as much as food, water, and shelter. In Genesis 2 the story of creation tells us God decreed, "It is not good for man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him."After reviewing some of the myths about loneliness Dr. Hall he examines some of the Surgeon General's recommendations which conspicuously omit the role that faith, church, and religion can play in addressing the epidemic of loneliness. He leads the listeners through a review of loneliness found in famous Biblical figures and provides insight about the loneliness felt by Jesus. Dr. Hall concludes this podcast by emphasizing that chuches provide a welcoming break from isolation. Can also be seen on YouTube at:

Dr. Dennis Hall, an ordained minister, expresses his outrage and disgust over Glamour magazine (UK) putting on their cover a photo of a model described as a pregnant man. He reminded his listeners that Jesus referred to his followers in Matthew 5:13, "You are the salt of the earth. But if salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled men." Dr. Hall, an advocate and proponent for Christians participating in churches, raises the question, "Are American Churches the salt that has lost its savor?" He reviews the wokeness that has emerged in most of the denominations across America. Dr. Hall states that what is referred to as liberal Christianity is corrupting our schools, universities, and churches at the hands of the woke, misguided administrators, teachers and pastors. He defines the term conservative evangelical Christian, pointing out that it is someone who believes that Jesus is the son of God and the Scripture is the infallible word of God. He points out that woke elitist liberals consider the Bible as old-fashioned, passé moral instruction. They no longer believe what Jesus clearly stated in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." He concludes this podcast by challenging Christians to not be confused that Christ's command to love others is a command to be civil in the face of evil in our churches. When Jesus said to turn the other cheek, he did not mean to turn a blind eye to what is going on all around us. The highest calling of Christians is not to be civil, but to be salt and light.
