The Holy Spirit and the church go hand-in-hand; they're intertwined. As such, we cannot be the church that Jesus calls us to be without the Holy Spirit He has given to us. Jesus gives Him to us as a gift for the purpose of building up the church through us. So, to fully utilize this gift, we must learn about and understand the Holy Spirit.
