Meanwhile a police department is now replacing mug shots with lego heads - no, this is not a joke.
In good news, California City Huntington Beach bans Pride Flags
And in hollywood news, actor, comedian, and podcaster, Russell Brand now loves Jesus?

Today in Current Events from a Christian Perspective:
We are ALL Christian Nationalists now according to MSNBC.
Meanwhile, the Alabama Supreme Court rules that frozen embryos are actually children and the left goes nuts.
In other news, a student group adds glitter to the Ash Wednesday lenten tradition, which is, weird?!?!
Oh, and the National Geographic traveller of the year is, well, a man with a mustache wearing makeup and a dress.
This is our world.

Tragic Shooting at Kansas City Parade and at Lakewood Church
Dark Brandon / Biden makes an appearance after the Superbowl and after the Hur report comes out saying he is too old to stand trial because he doesn't remember anything.
We look at a Seminary which is standing up for Biblical Values, and getting trashed for it.
And finally we look at an elderly couple who decided to un-alive themselves on the same day and it was government sponsored. What a sad and hopeless story.

But we have hope, and this hope is an anchor for our souls, firm and secure, we have this anchor for our souls. Hebrews 6:19

Today in Current Events from a Christian Perspective:
A woman 'pastor' says that the apostle Paul, you know, the one who met Jesus face to face on the road to Damascus, yeah, that guy is really just a jerk. Never mind he wrote almost half of the New Testament, had his spiritual and physical eyes healed by Jesus himself.
Yeah, he's just a jerk because he does not let me do what I want to do.
He keeps telling me that I can't sleep around and I can't get drunk and go out and party. He is just such a downer. I can't lie or cheat or steal anymore. And of course, I would never, but murder is right out. Even babies, I guess.

Anyway, we'll look at that story and so much more today in current events from a Christian perspective.

Speaking of bad behavior, the senate staffer who did really gross things in the meeting room will not be charged, proving once again, that we live in upside down world.

In the UK, a patrol lady tells a church goer that she is not allowed to sing church songs outside of church.
Meanwhile, brilliant philosopher, Anne Hathaway tells us about all of the alphabet people, her words, not mine, and how they are just like planets or something. And also that reality is a myth. So that should be an interesting discussion.

The Texas Border crisis continues, and in a weird twist, no major news outlets care.
What is going on and why does it matter?
Then, back in Ohio, we get an update on the bill to protect children from trans surgeries.

And lastly, we have inspiring stories about two brothers who, as coaches, boldly advocate for meaningful Christian perspectives.

In a great scene when Gandalf is standing on the bridge with the old creature where he slams his staff down to stop it from getting to his friends who are together on the journey, there is a subtle change in the dialogue during the movie version. In the movie, the phrase is, “You shall not pass!” That is a really epic moment for those that remember.

However, in the original book, that is not what Gandalf the wizard says. In the movie, he says,  “You shall not pass!” Instead of the original: “You cannot pass!”

That may sound the same, but go with me on a quick journey to see the difference.
