Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle DJ Reader joins us today on In the Trenches with Dave Lapham. Lap and DJ talk about the Bengals huge win in Week 8 vs the San Fransico 49ers and their huge matchup in Week 9 against the Buffalo Bills. 

DJ and this Bengals defense had another great performance in Week 8, facing an elite offense in the 49ers and holding them to just 17 points. The Bengals held Christian McCaffery, the best running back in the league, to just 54 yards rushing and DJ was a huge part of that success like he has been all season. It was a huge test for this Bengals team that started slow to start the season but has caught fire again winning their last three games. With Joe Burrow looking back to 100% the sky is the limit for the Bengals who face another top-tier team in Week 9. It's a rematch of the AFC Divisional game from last season where the Bengals knocked out the Bills winning in Buffalo 27-10. This Sunday's game will also be the first time this Bills team is returning to Cincinnati since the tragic Damar Hamlin injury. The Jungle will be bumping for Sunday Night Football this week for The Cincinnati Bengals vs The Buffalo Bills.
