Title: Running for President In Order to Run From the Law.

Introduction.

Our podcast today examines the logic of Schiff’s impeachment allegation that Trump “used a foreign government to investigate a political opponent.”

Schiff’s entire argument hinges on Biden’s candidacy as an opponent to Trump.

By running for President, Biden provided Schiff with an excuse to accuse President Trump of asking a foreign leader to investigate his opponent.

On October 3, 2019,  Schiff stated,

“The president of the United States is encouraging a foreign nation to interfere again to help his campaign by investigating a rival is a fundamental breach of the presidential oath of office. It endangers our elections; it endangers our national security. It ought to be condemned by every member of this body, Democrats and Republicans alike. The president of the United States is suggesting — urging — a foreign country to interfere in our presidential elections…”

Both Democrats and Republicans echo this talking point link between Trump’s call and using Ukraine to undermine Biden’s candidacy.

Hillary Clinton believes that Trump asked Ukraine to influence the 2020 elections, tweeting

“The president asked a foreign power to help him win an election. Again.”

Susan Collins stated, on October 5, 2019,

“It is "completely inappropriate" for a president to encourage a foreign state to investigate a political rival.”

If Biden was not a candidate, then Schiff’s allegation would change to “Trump asked a foreign government to investigate its own internal corruption.”

Before Biden was a candidate, Trump’s inquiry into corruption in Ukraine would appear normal, as a precaution before giving Ukraine more military aid.

After Biden loses the nomination, and is no longer a candidate, Trump’s effort to root out corruption in Ukraine cannot be used by Schiff to accuse Trump of using a foreign government to investigate his opponent.

In other words, Schiff must hope that Biden remains a viable candidate long enough for Schiff’s Ukraine hoax to work to impeach Trump.

Biden must hope that Schiff continues making his allegation, so that Biden can continue to run for President, in order to run from the law.

This is similar to Hillary’s strategy of covering her criminal acts, after she got elected. Biden must continue to run for president to provide cover for his criminal acts.

Our podcast argues that Schiff’s impeachment effort is part of a bigger Democrat effort to destroy the American rule of law. The American rule of law is based upon equal application of the law to all citizens, who are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

When Pelosi repeats her talking point that Trump is not above the law, she is repeating part of principle of the American rule of law. The only people in Pelosi’s socialism that are above the rule of law are Hillary, Pelosi, and the other Democrat political elites in the deep state.

The rule of law is a constitutional agreement among citizens to voluntarily obey the civil rules and procedures of justice. Socialism is not a voluntary system, it is a coercive use of the police power to compel citizens to obey socialist law.

Our podcast argues that it is not simply hatred of Donald Trump that motivates Schiff. Schiff deeply believes in Obama’s vision of global socialism, and that vision was derailed by Trump’s victory.

The key actor in Schiff’s protection racket is Obama. The Democrats must shield Obama from criminal charges in order to have any prospect of implementing Obama’s global socialist vision.

Biden’s candidacy provides more time for Schiff and the deep state agents to cover up Obama’s corruption, until either Biden, or some other Democrat, can win in 2020, and end the investigation of Obama’s corruption.

Destruction of the rule of law means that Schiff must deny President Trump his 6th Amendment right to confront the whistleblower.

Trump’s 6th amendment right is superior to the whistleblower’s claim of anonymity.

Destruction of the rule of law means having the whistleblower testify from a remote location and obscuring the individual’s appearance. It means denying Republicans the right to cross-examine the witness or issue subpoenas to compel testimony.

This podcast concludes that the stark ideological divisions over the American rule of law between the Democrats and natural rights conservatives constitute the unimpeachable evidence that this current constitution failed to prevent tyranny.

In Madison’s conception of tyranny, the majority of Democrats in the House  terrorize the minority of Republicans of their rights. Madison’s flaw left the citizens defenseless to protect their civil liberties and natural rights from the Jacobin socialists.

The citizens are now entirely dependent on William Barr to uphold the American rule of law.

The split between the Democrat’s vision of the rule of law, under socialism, and the American rule of law is irreconcilable and irrevocable.

The only non-violent solution to the split between the Democrats and conservatives is a civil dissolution of the current constitution, and the creation of a new constitution based upon the framework of state sovereignty, outlined in America’s first Constitution, The Articles of Confederation.

The right person to lead the new political movement is Lou Dobbs.

Title: What Happens If the Republicans in the US Senate Fail To Defend Trump?

Our podcast today answers Rush Limbaugh’s plaintive cry, “Where Are the Republicans?”

Rush had taken a call from a listener in Michigan, who asked,

“At what point does the Republican Party become complicit by allowing the Democrats to continue? I’m really upset over here.”

Rush replied that he was also upset that the Republicans in the Senate had not applied the same standard of justice to the Democrats on Biden’s  Ukraine corruption that the Democrats were applying to Trump.

Rush stated,

“Four Democrat Senators were demanding that a foreign government meddle in the United States election! Republicans are not calling those senators in and demanding that they explain what’s up or censoring them or kicking them out of the Senate for meddling and for violating the law, while at the same time the Democrats are wallowing on and on and on about impeachment of Trump for making a phone call to the current president of Ukraine! Republicans in the Senate have to do that.”

Rush continued that he had confidence in Bill Barr to apply equal justice under the law to the Democrats.

As this podcast explained last week, Barr is a former Bush staffer, and may be a closet deep state agent, who decides to protect the FBI and DOJ from prosecution.

Like Barr’s decision to protect the deep state agents, the Republicans in the Senate may decide to protect members of their own club, which would mean not defending Trump.

The Senate is best seen as an insiders, deep state men’s club, with its own internal rules of civility. The internal social protocol of the Senate is disconnected from either the consent of the governed, or the pursuit of the national public interest.

The insular world-view of the Republican Senators explains their lack of passion in confronting the threat to individual liberty posed by the socialists. They see themselves as aristocrats, way, way, above the fray of grubby ideological passions.

The Republicans do not have an ideological commitment to freedom, they have a commercial, financial commitment to protecting the corporate interests of the donors who fund them, and give them jobs when they leave elected status.

This podcast argues that the Senate Republicans are not competitors to the Democrats, they are Vichy Collaborators in promoting a deep state, one-world government.

The corporate class of Republican Senators want an open border, cheap labor, one-world government, that George H. Bush called “the new world order.”

The Senate Republicans are directly responsible for implementing the new world order trade laws and agreements that devastated American workers.

The Democrats want an open border, illegal immigrant class, that votes Democrat, in order to usher in a global, socialist world government.

The common element of both Democrats and Republicans is promotion of a one world government.

This podcast argues that the Senate Republicans will not defend Trump, or investigate the Democrats, because Biden is one of their own, and Trump is an outsider.

If the Senate Republicans defend Trump, then the 3 Democrat Senators who sent the letter to Ukraine, like Biden, would also be in legal jeopardy.

In 2018, Democrat Bob Menendez, Dick Durbin, and Pat Leahy, sent a letter to the Ukrainian general prosecutor accusing him of trying to “impede cooperation” with Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into collusion by the Trump campaign.

The Democrat’s letter stated,

“On May 2, the New York Times reported that your office effectively froze investigations into four open cases in Ukraine in April, thereby eliminating scope for cooperation with the Mueller probe into related issues. The article notes that your office considered these cases as too politically sensitive and potentially jeopardizing U.S. financial and military aid to Ukraine.”

The Democrat senators make a quid pro quo threat to the Ukrainians that if they dropped their investigation, that the Democrats would eliminate American military aid.

The letter stated,

“In four short years, Ukraine has made significant progress in building democratic institutions despite ongoing military, economic and political pressure from Moscow. We have supported that capacity-building process and are disappointed that some in Kyiv appear to have cast aside these principles.”

Subsequent to the 2018 Democrat letter, Democrat Senator Chris Murphy delivered a similar message to Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky warning that Democrat support for the country could dwindle if he complied with Trump’s requests to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden.

The Senate rules of civility forbid Republicans from placing their own members in legal jeopardy.

The podcast concludes that Reverend Robert Jeffress’ tweet, which suggested that impeaching the president would lead to "civil war," is a microcosm of the irreconcilable differences between Republican globalists and Trump nationalists.

The nation is on the cusp of a civil war.

If the Senate Republicans fail to protect Trump from the Democrat’s coup, their enduring legacy will be to have precipitated the second American civil war.

Title: When Does William Barr Strike Back Against the Democrat’s Lynching of Trump?

Our podcast today connects Nancy Pelosi’s authorization of impeachment to the larger issue of how a totalitarian socialist regime enforces the truth by eliminating its enemies.

For Democrats, the official version of truth is the politically correct truth that socialism is better than free market capitalism and that globalism is better than national sovereignty.

A totalitarian regime does not have any separation between the media, law enforcement, the agencies of government, or the political machinery, in promoting the official version of the truth.

In other words, to compel obedience to the truth, the official truth requires a unified, consolidated, Democrat police state.

Heretics who refuse to embrace the official truth are put in prison or killed by the socialist elites. Professor Stephen Kotkin wrote in The Wall Street Journal that communism killed at least 65 million people between 1917 and 2017.

The U.N. report on Venezuela estimates that Maduro has killed 7,000 political opponents.

The American socialist Democrats are not different than Maduro, and impeachment is a moral equivalent of lynching Trump because Trump does not embrace the truth of the socialist religion.

If the Democrats are willing to weaponize Congress in order to assassinate a President, then the Democrats are capable of taking the next step to mass murder citizens, who they consider to be deplorable.

In order to make a contrast between a totalitarian regime and a democratic republic, this podcast asks the question: when is William Barr going to strike back against the Democrat’s weaponization of Congress to lynch Trump?

In other words, after 8 years of Obama’s lawless regime, and after 2 years of AOC’s socialism, after 3 years of the Mueller investigation, after Pelosi’s call for impeachment, when does Barr counter-attack the totalitarian socialist Democrats?

Hillary is still walking around scot free of her racketeering crimes, now calling for the impeachment of her enemy. Comey, and the FBI, are unindicted for their crimes of sedition. Omar is free of prosecution for her fraud on immigration. Biden, and his son, have not been prosecuted for defrauding the taxpayers with their Ukrainian deals.

And, Obama has not been touched, by Barr, for the crime of treason in unleashing the agents of government to overthrow the Trump administration.

Thus far, William Barr has refused to enforce the American rule of law against the Democrats, by claiming that he is “handicapped” because of the on-going IG investigation.

Barr now has the IG report and still delays in striking back. In the absence of his prosecution, there is no challenge to Pelosi’s totalitarian effort to impeach Trump.

Our podcast raises the possible outcome that Barr will choose to do nothing to indict and prosecute the Democrats for their attempted coup, and their total weaponization of Congress to kill a President.

Barr may be a closet agent of the deep state.

If Barr chooses to protect the FBI and DOJ, rather than prosecute, the only logical conclusion for Trump loyalist is that there is no longer any prospect for the defense of American individual liberty, or any hope for the American government.

Because of Madison’s flaw of leaving citizens defenseless in the representative republic, the only ability of citizens to strike back against the socialists is to wait a year to vote.

Madison’s representative republic died from neglect by the Republicans, who never defended individual liberty from Obama and Pelosi.

It is time to admit that the American representative republic ended in failure, with the lynching of President Trump, and move on to a better, more democratic representative republic.

The best response to Barr’s inaction, and to the Democrat’s weaponization of Congress, is the creation of a new political party that leads the 63 million Trump loyalists to a new democratic representative nation.

The right person to lead that national movement is Lou Dobbs.

Title: In The War For the Soul of America, Conservatives Are In A Foxhole With Unreliable Republicans.

Our podcast today explores the reason for the retirement of the large number of Congressional Republican representatives, in 2020, and takes issue with Rush Limbaugh’s benevolent analysis that the Democrats have dirt on each Republican that forces the Republicans to retire, rather than to fight for liberty.

A better explanation, than extortion, for the Republican exodus involves the crony capitalist, revolving door special interest political arrangement between being an elected Republican representative and transitioning to a highly paid lobbyist or media talking head.

The behavior of the retiring Republicans can be explained by conventional economic analysis that the marginal benefit of staying elected is not greater than the marginal cost of campaigning.

The retiring Republicans, in 2020, have reached the apex of reward for holding office, just like the 45 Republicans, who retired in 2018, and were replaced by 41 Democrats.

Most of the 45 Republicans who retired in 2018, are now safely ensconced in their new lucrative careers, like Ander Crenshaw, of Florida, who is now a lobbyist for large global corporations in Washington.

Crenshaw is a globalist crony capitalist Republican who made a successful transition from being an elected representative to being a successful lobbyist. His net worth, during his tenure as an elected representative, in 2012, was $2.3 million. His net worth today is estimated at over $10 million.

During his tenure as an elected representative, Crenshaw voted for all of the globalist anti-American trade deals that Trump is trying to undo.

His major corporate donors were Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, General Atomics, Honeywell International, and CSX Corp.

Our podcast today argues that Crenshaw is typical of the crony capitalist Republicans who are retiring, in 2020, all of whom view elected public service as a way to enrich themselves, and their clients, by using the agencies of government.

Crenshaw, and the crony capitalist Republicans, were never warriors for individual liberty, they have always been Vichy collaborators with the socialists to keep the D.C. gravy train on the tracks.

Being in the foxhole with Crenshaw, and the Republicans, would require keeping one eye on them, while you were aiming for the enemy.

Our podcast concludes by making the historical comparison between what happened to conservatism, after Ronald Reagan died, to what happens to individual liberty, after Trump leaves office.

Reagan was an aberration for the Republicans, and after he was gone, the RNC reverted back to the traditional “losing with honor,” that allowed Republicans to collaborate with Democrats to gain maximum financial benefits, after they leave office.

Trump’s nationalism is an aberration for the globalists. After Trump leaves office, individual liberty and American sovereignty, will again be undefended.

We conclude that during his second term, Trump must lead a new conservative movement that defends individual liberty from both the globalist socialists, and the globalist crony capitalist Republicans.

Title: Does the Fed’s Job Performance Justify Its Independence?

Our podcast today examines the Fed’s argument that its independence from political influence is justified because their decisions are "based on the best interests of the nation, not the interests of a small group of politicians."

The issue raised by the podcast is not the Fed’s decisions, it is the Fed’s performance and results of those decisions.

Our podcast argues that the Fed shifted its mission, in 1998, to stabilizing global financial conditions.

Their dismal economic performance must be viewed within the context of their effort to promote globalism, not create economic prosperity for common American citizens.

Prior to 1998, the national welfare function that the Fed aimed at improving was the national economic welfare, albeit, heavily skewed to the welfare of bankers and the wealthy social classes.

After 1998, when the Fed bailed out the Russian oligarchs, with $4 billion of U. S. tax revenues, the Fed viewed itself as “Banker-for-the World.”

There is nothing in Madison’s framework of checks and balances that authorizes citizens to restore the Fed’s mission back to the original goal of improving sovereign national prosperity and consistent economic growth.

The podcast evaluates the Fed’s job performance on 4 major criteria:

Promotion of stable economic growth in the domestic U. S. economy.

Promotion of a competitive U. S. banking industry.

Promotion of a sovereign U. S. domestic economy.

Promotion of high rates of domestic technological innovation.

Our podcast concludes that the Fed’s economic performance has resulted in a systematic series of boom-bust cycles, where the financial welfare of common citizens are devastated, while the privileged wealthy elite bankers escape unharmed.

We conclude that the Fed’s arbitrary discretion to manipulate the economy by setting interest rates must be taken away from them.

A better goal for national economic policy is to target gross domestic private business investment, which leads to high rates of technological innovation, which create new future markets, which reduce wealth and income inequality.

In addition to removing the Fed’s discretion on setting short-term interest rates, the U. S. Congress should authorize the SEC to create a GDP futures currency market that would help bankers find the natural real rate of interest to charge each other in overnight bank loans.

Title: What Political Party Defends Individual Freedom In America Against the Democrat Socialists?

Our podcast today expands on the news story, by Ellis Rua, that young people are attracted to the socialist ideology of the Democrat Party by explaining that, for the past 50 years, the socialists had the battle field entirely to themselves.

It is not difficult to win the hearts and minds of the young people, if they only hear one side of the story.

Our podcast today explains why the Republican Party never defended individual freedom from the socialist attacks.

In the article about socialism, Ellis Rua, of the AP, cites the case of 21 year old Andy Vila, as a part of a wave of young Americans openly supporting socialism.

Rua writes,

“College course readings led Vila to question his beliefs further. He started attending left-leaning campus events, interacting with students of varying racial and socioeconomic backgrounds…By year's end, he had developed a disdain for capitalism and the political right. Now the sociology and geography major wants sweeping reforms, including Medicare for all, free access to higher education and a Green New Deal.”

In response to Rua’s article, several commenters laid the blame for Vila’s attraction to socialism on several causes:

“I blame parents, and I blame schools, and mostly I blame teachers on all of this insanity. And I blame education systems in general for not teaching the ills of socialism, communism and the destruction of major nations who took everything from some, to give it all way for nothing to others.”

Another commenter blamed the Republican Party.

“This cancer of socialism was allowed to fester and grow while the Republicans handed us a McCain and Mitt Romney, or a George Bush. These are the same fake power grabbing money hungry rinos who like the Clinton’s are all from the same political families.”

Blaming the Republicans is partially correct.

But, most of blame, and the genesis of the Millennial’s socialist fantasy, occurred as a result of events much earlier in the nation’s history, than McCain or Mittens.

Our podcast concludes with an answer to Rich Johnson, in his comments, after he had read the article by Rua.

Johnson asks “How do we take back our country?”

Rich, you take our country back beginning at the point in history of the Declaration, in 1776, and the nation’s first constitution, adopted in 1781, and attaching that state sovereignty Constitution to a natural rights democratic republic.

Madison’s representative republic of 1787, ended in a centralized tyranny of global elites, who operate disconnected from the consent of the governed.

In terms of protecting individual freedom, it does not matter if Madison’s apparatus is under the control of globalist Democrats or globalist Republicans.

Madison’s constitution would allow either party to operate the centralized tyranny.

The only solution to Madison’s centralized representative republic is a new state sovereignty democratic republic.

Topic: Irreconcilable Differences

Title: Methodist Church Civil Dissolution a Model For National Dissolution

Our podcast today uses the example of the Methodist Church schism as a model for solving the ideological differences in America between Democrat socialists and natural rights conservatives.

“We’ve discovered the United Methodist Church can’t live in the same house together peaceably, but we can live next door to one another,” said the Rev. Kent Millard, president of United Theological Seminary, who helped organize the strategy for civil dissolution.

The strategy for dissolution for the Methodists is called the “Indianapolis Plan.” It is sparked by what church leaders called “irreconcilable differences,” the same language used in no-fault divorce civil law.

The Methodists are split over the interpretation of their constitution regarding the role of gays and lesbians in performing church functions, like marriages.

The Methodist constitution is contained in a document titled, the Book of Discipline, which describes “the practice of homosexuality” as incompatible with “church teaching.”

The analogy between the Methodist divorce and the national divorce between socialism and competitive free market individualism follows the same ideological differences in the sense that the differences are “irreconcilable.”

The social and cultural values of the Democrat socialists do not connect at any point with the cultural and social values of natural rights conservatives.

On every single principle of a natural rights republic, the socialists have an alien, subversive, view of America. The bedrock starting point for the differences is that socialists deeply believe that America is a flawed, and racist nation, founded on the sin of slavery.

In the absence of commonly-shared cultural values, the socialists disavow voluntary allegiance to obey the rule of law.

Conservatives must find the moral courage to deal with socialists in a strategy of civil dissolution much like the Methodist conservatives are dealing with the ideological divisions in their church.

Our podcast concludes that conservatives must come up with a plan, like the Indianapolis plan, to lay out the strategy for dissolving the nation, and splitting up the assets, in a no-fault divorce.

CLP Topic: The Destruction of the Rule of Law

Title: If This Was a Coup, Then This Be Treason.

Our podcast today takes Rush Limbaugh’s prescient analysis that Obama was orchestrating a coup to prevent Trump from taking office, to its logical conclusion.

Limbaugh wrote in March of 2017, that,

“There is the execution of an attempt at a peaceful coup. A peaceful coup to oust Donald Trump is what we are witnessing. It’s been orchestrated by Obama and the Democrat Party. It’s that simple. What we’re learning because of these texts and what our common sense tells us, it is the FBI is meddling in the election. It’s the FBI and the Department of Justice coordinating with the Clinton campaign. And that’s the meddling. Why are three FBI agents discussing politics in the deputy director’s office? Three bureau agents would be conspiring or plotting on how to handle the outcome of a presidential election is the opposite of what you want in an objective, dispassionate, neutral FBI.”

The argument of the podcast today is that, from the time the votes had been counted, in November, the socialist Democrats were engaged in a coup to prevent the inauguration of Trump, in January, and prohibit him from becoming President.

They did not have enough time to implement their coup, and after that strategy failed, they turned to Mueller to precipitate a coup d’etat.

Our podcast argues that if this was a coup, than this was treason. And, if this was treason, then it is punishable by death.

Our podcast concludes that the American representative republic is on trial. Either the American system of justice moves forward to indict and prosecute the conspirators, or the citizens must conclude that the American Republic is over.

 

In other words, either Attorney General Barr has the courage of a patriot to go through with the punishment of Obama, or we admit that we have some other form of government than a representative republic.

Title: The Democrat’s White Working Class Economic Hoax

Our podcast today explores a gigantic Democrat hoax behind the Democrat’s attempt to take credit for Trump’s economic success.

Our podcast places the economic hoax into the bigger Democrat political strategy of implementing a socialist state by undermining the Constitution with their use of race hatred and class warfare.

Their ultimate goal is not to alleviate the suffering of the oppressed classes, but to implement a socialist regime in America that centralizes all power into the hands of the Democrat political elites.

The hoax was revealed several weeks ago, on Sean Hannity’s radio program. Hannity had a guest Democrat propagandist who explained that Trump’s economic success was caused by the policies of Obama.

The propagandist went on to explain that white workers were better off under Obama than under Trump.

As preposterous as the lie appears, it is a very useful strategy for bringing white workers back to the Democrat Party to correct Obama’s mistake, in 2010, of jettisoning white, working class voters from the Democrat election strategy.

The Democrat hoax is essential for Democrats to win white votes in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Minnesota by placing the blame for globalism on wealthy Republicans.

Subsequent to the Hannity program, the Democrats on the Joint Economic Committee of Congress issued a report that expanded and perpetuated the hoax.

There are two parts to the hoax. First, Democrats are trying to convince  white voters that they were better off 4 years ago, under Obama, than they are now, under Trump.

Second, they must convince white workers that all of Trump’s economic success is due to the programs initiated by Obama, and that if Trump is defeated, the workers can return to the glory days of Obama’s policies.

Their hoax may work to bring white workers back to the Democrat fold because it is based upon the fact that working class whites are mad at the crony capitalist system that destroyed middle class jobs.

The Republican crony capitalists were so clever in hiding their work that white voters do not know which party to hold accountable for their economic misery.

The Democrats have a political advantage with the white workers because the workers still maintain an allegiance to the myth that the Democrats are the party that looks out for the little guy.

Our podcast concludes that the political party that finds a way to tap into that white working class anger about globalism has the best chance of gaining the white vote in 2020.

Our podcast today expands on President Trump’s comments about economic growth, under his administration, in order to focus more attention on the structural damage that the poorly-negotiated trade policies had on the American labor markets.

In the 1950s and 1960s, one part of the American economy that made America great were the stable jobs and internal career ladders that began with a private sector portal of entry into many high-wage occupations.

 In that former era, the term “upward occupational mobility,” characterized much of the American dream of working hard and getting ahead in society.

Prior to the trade agreements in 1990, the college degrees and training certificates of young people entering the work force acted as a credential to get in the door of a company for an interview.

After the trade policies and the series of economic chaos inflicted by the Fed, stable jobs and internal career paths vanished. A college degree in economics now leads to a dead-end job as a bartender in New York.

Technology innovation was the initial factor endowment that provided job stability and upward occupational mobility, in the former period of time.

One consequence of the trade policies is that it allowed the national comparative advantage of technology innovation to slip away to America’s trading partners.

For the past 40 years, the political system in America has not addressed the fundamental structural economic weaknesses in American labor markets created by the loss of America’s technological superiority.

Fixing the American labor markets, in order to Make America Great Again, starts with re-claiming America’s comparative advantage in technology innovation.

Our podcast concludes that Trump’s new Apprenticeship Training program is the right policy model for making upward occupational mobility real again, but his program needs to be targeted to training and education in the nine high technology industrial clusters that create most of the technology innovation.
