Mental health is a topic which, in recent years, has come to the forefront of discussion at many businesses for the first time in history. Particularly following a global pandemic, which, for much of us, took a serious toll on our mental states. In 2020/21, work-related stress, depression or anxiety accounted for 50 per cent of all work-related ill health, according to the most recent government figures.

This week, to mark Mental Health Week, Ruby Hinchliffe, senior reporter at FTAdviser, spoke to Paul Feeney, Quilter CEO, about what more he thinks the financial industry could be doing to address a growing issue like mental health.
