Of the many voices which call us to follow, why should we submit to God's voice? What do we gain that the other voices can't give? What is the cost of following a different voice?

Every culture has a value system. Every culture has a popular group and outsiders. What about the church? What does God value? Who are the outsiders? If you belong to Jesus, why did God choose you?

每個文化有自己的價值系統。每個文化也都有受歡迎的團體或圈外人。教會呢？神看重的是什麼？誰是所謂的圈外人？如果你屬於耶穌，上帝為什麼要選擇你？

For a small church, CityLight is quite diverse. Most people value diversity- in theory. In reality, maintaining unity in diversity is hard work. For the church, diversity is essential. It is more than a social benefit- without diversity, the gospel itself is threatened.

城市之光是個小型卻多元的教會。大部分的人理論上重視多元性。就現實來說，在多元性當中要維持合一是個艱難的工作。對城市之光來說，多元性是必須的。不只有社交好處－少了多元性，福音就失去大能。
