In the last segment, I told you about ClairSentiment: emotional feelings that occur as part of the psychic experience.  In this segment, I want to tell you about ClairSensation: physical feelings that occur as part of the psychic experience. Here, in our time together, I will give you explanations, illustrative examples, and exercises that you can try on your own, with friends, or family. 

Having done this work of spirit throughout my life, I took it upon myself to differentiate the various senses of the soul's awareness. The vocabulary that was out there, to me, was inadequate for the true experiences that I was having and, therefore, wanting to teach. So, I had to come up with some new terminology of my own in an effort to make distinctions of what was happening and how it was happening.  This way, you and I could work together with a common vocabulary of understanding and subsequent psychic muscle building - if you will.

Both ClairSensation and ClairSentiment are essential psychic senses that you will use as back-up to any other psychic senses you use, as well as any psychic connections that you make. They are that important. And although the body may not be an easy or comfortable or natural place for some people to be in or focus on, I am asking you to have self-compassion, patience, and persistence in being in and feeling what your body is saying to you on a soul level - both emotionally and physically. I am hoping these lessons will help. Be gentle. Go slowly. Feel your way along.
