In this episode, we speak to one of my friends and mentors Aaron Walker, or "Big A" as he is affectionately known to those in the Iron Sharpens Iron Mastermind Group. Aaron is a successful entrepreneur and businessman having owned 14 businesses over time. Today he shares with us advice on leadership and how using a mastermind is key to the success of many business owners and entrepreneurs.
I will be giving away 5 copies of Aaron's book "View From The Top: Living a Life of Significance". Leave a rating for this episode and email me your information for entry in the drawing, you won't want to miss the opportunity to have a copy of this book!
Aaron’s mission is to help men transform their lives. His leading core value, Relationships Matter Most, serves as the compass to uncover what they truly want in life and set their goals to achieve success and significance on their journey. Having served his community for more than 43 years as an entrepreneur of multiple businesses has taught him to have No Excuses, Make it Amazing, and that Everything is Figureoutable.
Two decades ago, Aaron had the opportunity to join a peer advisory group called a mastermind, where he received wise counsel from other competent leaders helping him maximize his potential.
In 2013, Aaron was encouraged by his mastermind group to start the Iron Sharpens Iron Mastermind, a brotherhood of men focusing on developing the whole man - growing themselves, their businesses, relationships, and faith. Hundreds of men’s businesses and families have and continue to experience generational change.
Aaron enjoys giving back through his own experiences in The Mastermind Playbook - a program for helping others develop and build their mastermind, and his book View From The Top. Aaron lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife Robin of 42 years. He has two amazing daughters and five beautiful grandchildren.

We received both emails and phone calls asking us about Memorandums of Record from creating them, what you have to put into them, and how much information we have to include.
In this episode, we share what we have done and have had success in doing, even have had MROs refer individuals to our company as an example of how to write a Memorandum of Record! Once you know the process and how to create them it will not only benefit your company when submitting them to the MRO, but it gives your clients documentation they can use and file regarding this collection
Memorandum Of Record Template Example:
In this week's episode, we cover another question and concern I was hearing and asked about: how do we deal with aggressive donors, especially when confronted regarding adulterating their specimen or using synthetic urine. This was a topic that was covered as well by George Gilpatrick in his course: Conflict Management.
In this episode, we talk about some techniques that can be used and how to confront a donor and avoid conflict or unpredictable behavior

February 1st, 2022, U.S. news and World Report published an article called people high on pot used a driving simulator here's what happened I'm going to share the results that they had during this study, and I'll also put a link in the show notes for this article and for one of the reports that they mention documenting this study. I think this is very relevant for those employers or clients that we come across who tell us that they just want to know if the person is impaired that they don't care what they do on their off time this report could change the mind of some of those clients or employers
