When we worry, it can make us feel scared or sad. But we can remember that God is always with us, and we don't need to worry because He will take care of us.
We can talk to God and tell Him what we're worried about, and He will listen and help us. We can also read stories from the Bible about how God helped people who were worried or scared.
We can say positive things to ourselves, like "I can do this!" or "God is with me!" This can help us feel more confident and less worried.
When we trust in God and focus on the positive, we can feel more peaceful and secure. So don't worry, God is with you and will take care of you!
