  • #113 - Gambling Stories Part 3
It's time once again to pull up a seat at the felt, tell some stories and drag the occasional pot as we go through some more gambling stories. Joined once again by the Guv Degenerate Donk Dunc once again we go through stories earned from our time spent at the tables, and some from off the felt. From how to deal with contract killers, accidental waitress hookers, $26k dinners, why you shouldn't buy a BMW when you have a jet, renting porn in video stores, Liverpool Champions League adventures, public flashers and propositions, how it feels to lose $600k hands of baccarat to blackjack. Yep, we cover all that and more in this episode!

  • #112 - AFL Round 12 Wrapped
Alright it's time once again to go through the weekend action of the AFL. The last round before the bye period kicks in saw some teams and players hit holiday mode early. We mention that Hawthorn played Essendon, but not a whole lot else happened in that game, while Port and the Western Bulldogs put on a display of hard fought, hard running and heartbreaking footy. We loved it. Brisbane and Freo had a good opening quarter, while another percentage boosting win for Freo sees their plan of gaining absolutely nothing from this season come to fruition.Herding sheep back home on the family property is already paying dividends for Patty Dangerfield, as he seemed to freely run around the pack as he pleased. Meanwhile West Coast are still without a win against the top 8 as a fired up Adelaide put the Eagles away over in W.A. St Kilda put the breaks back on the Carlton hype train as Dusty Martin helps the Tigers scrape through for a win against Gold Coast. If there were any remaining doubts against GWS then...

  • #111 - UFC 199 Wrapped
It been a little while since we covered the UFC, but to be honest there wasn't a whole lot going on except Conor. We've still been keeping our finger on the pulse though as UFC builds up to its much hyped UFC 200 and beyond. This event saw a whole lot of fallout, from mixing up divisions, choking up divisions, and stacking up divisions. Announcements to make your balls tingle in excitement, or in fear if you're a journalist making the announcement. Oh yeah, and some hardworking Pommy lad shocked the world and made his dreams come true.We go through it all in this episode!

  • #110 - AFL Round 11 Wrapped
Round 11 in the books sees the end of 9 game rounds for a few weeks, with some teams needing an undeserved spell. We go through all the games and news from the weekend that was a wet one for just about everyone. The Tigers looked scared of the rain, scared of Tasmania and scared of the Kangaroos and North give themselves a percentage top up in a one sided affair. Hawks and Melbourne was a much closer contest than it should have been, turns out the Dees are pretty accurate from the goal square though.Unfortunately we have to heap the praise on Carlton as they continue to go from strength to strength while the true contenders squared off down in Geelong. Port add their name to the late runners for finals spots with a convincing win over the Pies as West Coast are still yet to register a win against a top 8 side.We also have our highlights of the week as well as a look at next round, and a little bit more all in this episode!

  • #109 - AFL Round 10 Wrapped
Round 10 sees us celebrate our indigenous heritage with indigenous round. We saw North finally notch up a loss, while the hot wind of Ross Lyon filled the Freo sails for a quarter, until they remembered they have dropped anchor at the bottom in the hopes of good draftees. The Lions showed a bit of grit while we watched White Cliffs play Alice Springs in a local A Grade game or something. Dreamtime at the G told the story of two struggling teams that fought hard and....I don't know how it ended because like everyone else I switched to GWS versus Crows.Carlton aren't putting up with any winter Blues as they out hussle Geelong, Collingwood prove once again they have one of the most talented injury lists in the AFL, and the Eagles and the Suns apparently played a game. We have our highlights and insights of the round, and some other stuff all in this episode!

  • #108 - AFL Round 9 Wrapped
Round 9 is in the books and that means it's time for us to go through the winners and losers, the heroes and villains, the fair and the unfair and even a bit of praise for Collingwood. We go through the best events of the weekend, see what the results mean for each team and their respective finals/draft ambitions, the standout players and plays. No update on the Richmond bandwagon this weekend though, as we're sure the bandwagon has let you know how it's going already. All that and more in this episode!

  • #107 - AFL Round 8 Wrapped
It's time again to go through the events from the latest round of the AFL season. Round 8 means a third of the season gone and the true ladder begins to take shape.Paddy Dangerfield was given a cringe-worthy welcome due to a poor publicity stunt from triple M, sadly they weren't there to see him off after Geelong took the W.Grimes came up against his old team when Essendon took on North, nobody seemed to care though.Hawks, GWS and Collingwood all got some percentage but the real story was LLoyd getting the Tigers home. Still only won 2 though, so settle down.We also talk about an improving Carlton squad with Kreuzer kicking their match winner, while Melbourne fought hard before being over run by a slick Western Bulldogs outfit. We have our highlights of the round, a look through next weekends games and a whole lot more in this episode.

  • #106 - AFL Round 7 Wrapped
Round 7 is now done. The battle for best draft picks is well and truly under way, and with some teams edging closer by losing percentage, the Freo stranglehold on #1 pick looks to be under threat as a rampaging Tigers do their best to snatch the top bottom spot.Geelong manage the have the breeze for 4 quarters as they sharpen their skills in a practice match against the Eagles.Gold Coast kicked accurate, but never had enough of the ball to cause real damage, as they got trampled and mugged worse than the hookers in GTA3. Speaking of whores, Adelaide claimed to have been buggered by everyone again as the free kick count comes under scrutiny. One free kick came under scrutiny in the North v Saints game to keep the Saints in close losses and Norf doing just enough. They're no Leicester City, but they're giving the Mighty Ducks a run for their money. We also have our highlights of the round, our picks for next weekend and the news from, well, today. cool.AFL

  • #105 - AFL Round 6 Wrapped
Another weekend resigned to history, and it took plenty of company with it, namely Richmonds finals hopes, Ross Lyons career and Lachie Hunter's head. With not a whole lot of pretty footy going on, we make short work of the games as we go through the highlights of each round. The Bulldogs and Kangas keep the crap Friday night games going with a combined 118 clangers.Adelaide were the latest to feast on the Freo carcass as GWS kick the heck outta the Hawks.Richmond and Port prove why nobody cares about either side this year while Geelong's score tally resembled an IP address. We also have our highlights of the round and we look at some issues that came out of the weekend. All that wrapped up in this episode!
