You yummies have been loving the chats I am having with my clients, and this one is no different! Celebrate with Laina and me as we toast her 40th birthday and the gift she has given herself. She had the foresight one year ago work with me to end her drama with food, her body and diet mentality so that come her 40th birthday she could confidently rock a bikini! And after a crazy hard year, she is here and she did it! Congrats beauty!!
