This is Renegade Files Episode 28, Close Encounters in Brazil
In the wee morning hours on 20 January 1996, multiple reports of UFOs over Central Brazil flooded phone-lines at police stations, military installations, and airports.
Some of the objects were captured on video. Witnesses in the town of Varginha saw one of the objects crash, and one witness filmed the flaming crash site.
These events alone are more than enough to put the Varginha incident at the top of any UFO experience of the 20th century. But this was only the beginning.
Many locals saw, first hand, several creatures that apparently survived the crash. Local emergency response officials and both the Brazilian and US Militaries became involved, and the resulting explanations have frustrated the Varginha citizens for decades.
So gear up for an expedition to Brazil, and join me, your field guide, Lex Gordon as I lead a Renegade Files Recon mission to investigate the case of … Close Encounters in Brazil …
