Find proof of 3 things, challenges, situations you have overcome in the last 7 days
As yourself “If I had a magic wand, what would I change? Eg about how I’m doing things now?”
Think of a time you felt really strong, confident and powerful. As you’re thinking of this time, embody the feelings again. What will you do next in your day to commit to feeling like this this again? What is possible when you realise what you are capable of?Be conscious of how you are talking to yourself - kind, encouraging self chat only! Give yourself grace to learn, to get things wrong to fly. When we believe that we can handle any situation it helps to reduce the fear and the weight of the what ifs.
