Recently I’ve been hitting a wall, feeling as though I can’t push through. Sometimes it’s frustrating, other times it’s overwhelm with trying to be a self employed mum girl boss! We want to make choices as best as possible that keep us healthy, fit, energised and well - avoiding sinking all of the feelings and challenges in a bottle of wine if possible. This is a great time of the year to decide how you want to spend the next 3-4 months
Match expectations to the period of life you’re in - eg I need to lower my expectations of what is possible in our situation with balancing childcare/different work/building a business don’t try and mimic everyone else - just because your life doesn’t look like the successful person you aspire to be doesn’t mean it’s not possible
Here’s what I’m doing it as a life coach to overcome it
1. Draw attention to what isn’t working - really define it and the world it is creating - sights/sounds/feelings/experience
2. Dissociate and zoom out to get a bigger picture view of life- to be able to decide what needs to happen nex
3. This creates space to make decisions about how you do want your life to look, feel, sound like.
4. Make new choices, how they help you feel. ask yourself what needs to happen from this place? Brainstorm, get clear on what you want to change
5. Associate with this new life. Zoom in on each action at a time, to avoid overwhelm. Keep thinking about the lifestyle you want to creat, how you want to feel, how you want to spend your time - working backwards to make it happen. Eg you feel better when you workout in the morning, what needs to happen for this to be possible? earlier night, nutritious dinner, kit all set out, intention made, clear on what you’ll get from it
Then tap into all your resources, and find out if you need any extras what this means for you time and financially. is it you want a coach to help? Or extra support in other ways? What do you need to do more or less of?

All this helps avoid burnout and doing things you can’t afford to do

Manifesting = visualisation and then taking action
When I feel like I can’t do “it” any more - identifying what “it” is eg I can’t keep working like this, how do you feel, what is your world currently like? Eg late nights, not eating great, extra stress, not feeling like how I’m doing things are sustainable
Eg with my business I need to get out of my head and on paper what I need to do
What IS sustainable
What thoughts are coming in that hold you back - eg I’ve always told myself I can’t plan, or follow a plan. By doing so I’ve created a belief, an identity
Same with when I work with people who are scared to take next steps, there is a fear of being seen and heard, because of not being accepted, being different etc
Don’t become a uniform! Your uniqueness is what makes you special
How DO you want your lift feel, look, sound like? Eg what great things do you experience on holiday that you can replicate your home and professional life?
Imagine living your life how you want to live it
