What’s up everybody. This is Karim Amri, and welcome to the coaching secrets podcast.
Today we’re going to talk about something related to our customer. Let’s call it our customer journey
Understanding your customer journey is key for the building and sustainability of your business.
I was working one day on a model that I called it, WWHH, I was then, looking for a way to craft and describe my journey with the customer, my dream customer.
In fact each of our customer is in a certain stage in this journey and he will be moving gradually in it.
The first stage in the customer journey is identifying the WHO, who is your customer. In previous chapters we identified who is our dream client and we created out Customer Avatar
The second stage is WHERE
Where they are, is a key information in your customer journey, you need to identify where are your dream clients congregate:
What websites they are visitingWhat groups they are joining ( FB Groups and Other)What Blogs they are readingWhat Influencers they are followingWhat Events they are attendingWhat FB pages they are likingWhat IG Channels they followWhat Youtube Channels they subscribe in
This research exercise will get you closer to your dream customers.
Once you identified your dream coaching client places, join these places, and start adding value in the groups, pages and forums.
In this stage we’ll not sell anything, you are there, to be visible, and add value to people. The more you participate in these groups and forums, the more you will be familiar to your dream customers.
The third stage in your customer journey is HOW to attract them.
Once you identified them, knew where they are, understood their mindset, what they like, what they avoid, and what’s their pain and need, you will be well qualified to craft the best way to attract them.
In this stage as a professional coach, you need to consider preparing a couple of baits to bring the attention of your dream customer and get them interested in what you’re offering.
The fourth stage in your customer journey is to HAVE them buy your product, This is where you’ll be ready with one of the specific product you already created for your Product ladder.
Remember, each product has a specific customer, and each product needs different story and hook, to get the customer attracted and finalize the sell.
Thank you all.
That’s all for today, keep growing and bye for now.
