After Exploring the position level, permission level and production level of leadership in the first episode of this leadership series. Karim will talk today about the 2 higher level of leadership, the people development level and the pinnacle level.

Hey what’s up everybody, this is Karim Amri. Welcome to Coaching Secrets Podcast.
During the previous episode we talked about the first 3 levels of leadership, the position level, the permission level and the production level. We’ll explore today the level 4 and 5 , the people development level and Pinnacle level.
Level 4: People Development Level
This level is where leaders creates other leaders. People development leaders are not only doing good in production level, but also, they develop others to be successful in that.
Developing good relationships with others is essential for them, to trust you for their development. Level 4 Leaders, use their position, good relationships and high productivity to invest in the organization biggest asset: people.
By developing other leaders and multiplying themselves, level 4 leaders will create a better teamwork spirit, and highly increase the performance.
Level 5: Pinnacle Level
The pinnacle level is not earned by the leader, but given to him by those he leads
Your team and those who follow you are highly trusting you and believing in all what you do for them and for the organization.

It’s not that the Level 5 leaders have no ego or self-interest.
Indeed, they are incredibly ambitious, but their ambition is first and foremost for the institution, not themselves.”

Level 5 Leaders’ goals is to build and enduring great organization, that will keep doing great when they are not there. Whenever things go well , pinnacle leaders will look for a team member or specific event to give credit to, but not themselves
When things go wrong , pinnacle leaders will take all responsibility and never blame others or bad luck. Pinnacle leaders set standards for long term growth and success
As a Coach:
Always give the credit of achieving goal to the client or the coached team in the organization.
When communicating with the client, if he didn’t get your question or missed it, remember that the only responsible for the meaning of the communication is the sender.
Never blame , take the responsibly to reformulate your request. Keep learning and developing your knowledge about the different leadership levels to increase your understanding of the behavior challenges with your client organization.
The more we know the leadership levels, the more we connect with our clients, whether they are Executives, Managers or teams, the more our partnership will bring success .
When having the appropriate, knowledge, skills and needed certifications (If any) helping organizations develop the coaching skills of their executives, will lead to a better result and long-term growth.
These were the 5 levels of leadership, learning them is essential to know how to deal with your client in a leadership way, and also help a lot when coaching leaders and managers within organizations.
