Today, Karim will start with the first 3 levels of leadership, what are they and how effective they are within a group.

Hey what’s up everybody, this is Karim Amri. Welcome to Coaching Secrets Podcast.
We are sometimes confused of some behavior or unexplained actions of some leaders and asking ourselves how come a leader behave this way, why the reality is that There’s different levels of leadership, in fact 5 levels of leadership and that’s what we’re gonna explore during today’s and tomorrow’s episodes.
Level 1: Position level
Position level is the lowest level in Leadership.
This leadership level is granted by position, or job title .
Nothing is bad with the fact of having a leadership position, using the position to get followers is wrong .
This level gives the leader authority over other people.
The position level gives the leader the right to give instructions to others and direct their activities.
People within a leadership position management will do only what is needed from them, and will rarely respond to their leader when an extra time or effort is needed.
Positional leaders have no influence , which making their work with independent people, ( like volunteers, young people, highly qualified) difficult.
Level 2 : Permission Level
This level is based on relationships.
As a leader, developing good and positive relationships with those you lead will highly increase your level of influence.
People will follow the Level 2 leader, because they want to.
Permission leaders like their team members and treat them as valuable individuals.
The priority for permission level leaders is not securing their position, but, knowing more their people and connect with them.

Level 3: Production Level
This leadership level is for result champion members.
The main reason behind being selected for this position, is your achievement record.
Production level leaders are those who meet goals , achieve higher results and get things done.
Getting into the position level is not enough, getting good results and leading the organization to growth is what production level leaders do.
Level 3 leaders are gaining credibility within the organization leading to a bigger influence. When leaders get into the production level, the overall work environment will get more positive , people morale improves, work gets done, better profits are achieved,…
Level 3 leaders will enjoy leading and influencing people as numbers are supporting them.
Production leaders find a way for the team to win, no matter what the crisis or the challenges. No alternative for winning for them.
