Do you think abundance is money? Or do you think it's time freedom? Maybe your relationships are where your true wealth lies? These common beliefs are reflections of what you value and where you are in your life. True abundance doesn't change. It is a benefit that is always available to you which can be applied to money, time, relationships and more. Recognizing and leveraging true abundance has the power to change every part of your life.

This simple quote helped me adjust my trajectory this morning. Here's how. I hope it helps you, too.
It's easy to channel Brian Tracy and say "Eat that frog!" and get all rah-rah...and then you still don't do the thing you're procrastinating about.
Or listen to Mel Robbins say you just have to do what you don't want to do...and then beat yourself up because you didn't do that thing. (To be fair, you probably should have listened to the rest of what she had to say on the topic instead of just the audio clip some chick on TikTok repurposed but that's okay...we are where we are.)
My personal favorite is Jocko Willink shouting, "Bust that door!" and I dare anyone NOT to move when that happens but maybe it just doesn't work for you. (I personally have it saved for when I need to move like my @ss is on fire but I recognize that it's not everyone's vibe.)
Here's a thing you need to understand if you want to move like you mean it, and I promise, it will help.
Thoughtfully using creativity and strategy to produce real impact can be the difference between wild success and epic flop. It's all about being value-focused. Let's get into it.

Today's episode is for all my "the buck stops here" babes. Productivity hacks that work are welcome here and I'll always share. Today, we're talking about how I took some long-standing productivity hacks that sort of worked (for men, in a business environment) and adjusted them so that really worked (for me, living that mom life, running a business or two, and distance learning).

The establishment of clear values can dramatically reduce decision fatigue and ensure that you're moving in a direction that will have a meaningful result. But how do you know what your foundational values are? How do you keep the list from getting overwhelmingly long? How can you retain clarity with multiple values? This simple, four-step process has helped me immensely, and maybe it will help you, too. Let's get into it.

They're necessary to breathe life into your business as well. Let's get into it.
Every day we have the opportunity to wake up, to remember who we are and who we want to be. Some days, we need to do it more than once. And that's okay.
