I asked my audience what they wanted to hear, and I got an overwhelming amount of responses asking for Pelvic Floor Therapy advice and getting back into fitness post-baby! Today we're breaking it all down -- what Moms need to know after having a baby and what the postpartum journey is all about.
Dr. Nidhi Patel is a Pelvic Floor Post Natal Fitness Specialist, the Co-Owner of Classic City Rehab, a Mom to a newborn, as well a Burn member! She has her doctorate in PT and works for a college as a full-time gig, but also co-owns a mobile PT business with her husband: Classic City Rehab.

It’s been a crazy 365 days. Understatement of the year, right? We’ve been stuck inside, our options have been limited, we can’t travel the way we used to. We have to get creative in how we date our partners all while we’re busy, have kids, observe restrictions, and maintain the everyday grind.
Today I'm sharing some of the things that Devan and I do in hopes it'll give you some inspiration and advice for the next time you're planning a date night, or feeling like you're craving some of that connection time with your spouse or partner.
Stepping outside the box when it comes to date night is one of the best nuggets of advice I've received recently and it actually came from two marriage counselors, Tony & Alisa DiLorenzo I hosted on the podcast last year. You can listen to the episode here! Shifting from the mindset of "we have to have a babysitter, a night 'off', dinner and a movie on the weekend" in order for it to be a date.

Today we're chatting with Amanda Fisher, Doctor of Physical Therapy at Empower Your Pelvis. She spends her days at the clinic with her favorite pelvic patients after kicking off her morning with a workout at the gym - water in one hand, coffee in the other. She and her husband Brett are parents to three wild & crazy boys (yes, their hands are full). She is known for her passion for pelvic floor dysfunction after going through her own difficult experience and teaching women how to find vaginal healthy products at Target (she even has a Youtube video on this). She lives to serve the female world by helping women realize that there is hope with pelvic floor issues; like peeing your pants, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and pain with intercourse.
Today we are talking about everything from feeling like your old self postpartum to keeping your pants dry during a workout!
Your skincare, beauty, health, and home products need spring cleaning too! Today we are talking through ways to clean up your everyday act towards living a cleaner, greener, and healthier life.
"So many of us are trying to holistically live a healthier lifestyle. It's not just about the exercise and the food. It's about those chemicals, and what you allow around you. What you're breathing in, and putting on your skin. What you're allowing your kids to crawl around on or your pets to play with. There are so many brands out there that want to do better for our people!"
🌱 This episode breaks down the hacks, tips, tricks (and helpful apps!) that help us through the greenwashing to get to the products that are the real deal.
Thank you so much for joining me today. I share my life, my kids, my business, sometimes even workouts on my Instagram. Come say hi @morgan.a.kline!

On this episode, we are covering a lot of important ground around how to nurture yourself and your little ones. We talk through easy healthy choices when you're super busy, how to set yourself up for a week of nutrition success, navigating your picky eaters, the importance of balancing your hormones, and nutrition hacks while pregnant or breastfeeding.
You asked the questions and we got the answers! Jessica Spiers is a Wife, Mom, Nutritionist, and Youtuber who focuses on getting families healthy, and that starts with the parents! We break down accessible, realistic ways to keep health a priority during the busiest seasons of life.
This episode gives listeners really great takeaways to start prioritizing themselves, get your kids to be less picky eaters, and giving yourself permission to take care of your health. If you aren’t feeling your best — know that’s not normal, just because you’re a Mom, or pregnant, or not, just because you’re busy doesn’t mean you have to feel bad!
Asking for help does not mean you are a failure or less than! Whether it be as a Mom, wife, employee, friend, business owner -- whatever role you're fearful of asking for help in, this episode gives you permission to bring help on as you need it.
It took me years to evolve into giving myself this permission. As a wife with a growing family and business, I've had to let go of the guilt of asking/hiring help. We're breaking down different areas of your life where you might need the assistance, and how to get there.
Let's shift the mindset from "you have to do it all" to "it's okay to need others".
