Devan and I sit down and reminisce about my pregnancy and the birth of Ryan Michael!
We talk about my VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarian), fears that I faced during quarantine, and also the joys, and we dive into the whole birth process.
You can listen to my episode about Cameron and Maxwell's birth stories to hear about my prior experiences with birth and labor!
Today we are welcoming Tony & Alisa DiLorenzo to Coffee & Kettlebells! They are the co-authors of the Amazon bestseller: 7 Days of Sex Challenge.
They believe that the healthy combination of sex, love, and commitment is more than the foundation of a strong marriage… it’s the glue that will keep a marriage together. They write, podcast, and coach couples around the world. Tony and Alisa have been married for 23 years and have a son and a daughter.
If you feel like sex is a taboo topic, don’t shy away. This episode is far more than an episode talking about couples and their sex lives.
Tony and Alisa are also the co-hosts of the #1 marriage podcast on iTunes! You can check out their podcast here.

It’s time for you to be your best self. This quarantine may have thrown you for a loop, and I am so excited to be back recording on the podcast, sharing how to put yourself back on your to-do list.
I am thrilled to welcome Jacki Carr. Jacki is a Mama, goal coach, motivational speaker, leadership consultant, hiker and so much more. She’s on faculty for Lightyear Leadership, a movement in personal power and wholeness, vision, goal-setting and leadership training.
Jacki started a big part of her career at the powerhouse company, lululemon, where she learned a lot about leadership, people relations, public speaking and more. Jacki talks about her big pivot from working in Hollywood to working with spandex.
Today we lead with rocking the pivot and rocking the change, now more than ever. Sometimes we are forced to pivot and other times, we choose to pivot. Wherever you are at, whatever vision you have, it takes self-belief, confidence and open-mindedness to make it happen.
We talk about so many things today:
Grab a notebook and listen in. There are so many shining star statements in this podcast that will help you navigate anytime, especially this time living through the uncertainty of quarantine.
Once you tune in, be sure to DM me and let me know what your biggest takeaway is because I know that I learned so many great things from this conversation with Jacki.

A lot of people think of core strength as “six-pack abs,” but as someone well into my third pregnancy, that is arguably the least of my concerns.
Your core is made up of a group of muscles that support both the spine and the pelvis. It’s what connects the upper and lower body, and a focus on strengthening and maintaining these muscles is so much more than aesthetics.
Today, I am going to give you some tips for strengthening your core every day! Head on over to my Instagram to check out some of the moves I'm sharing with you.

Thank you so much for joining me for a cup of Coffee & Kettlebells! It’s fair to say that mothers were the inspiration for Burn long before Devan and I were even parents ourselves. All too often, we saw women putting the needs of others before their own- children, spouses, employers, and coworkers. And while motherhood and selflessness are often intertwined, you can’t pour from an empty cup. The seed that started the fastest growing fitness franchise sprung from the notion that women need to set aside time for their own well-being to lead a healthy and balanced life.
We’ve worked towards this end for the last eight years, and continue to do so with passion and drive. But we know that by directly marketing to women, and particularly mothers, we have a responsibility to build both safe and effective workouts at every stage: prenatal, postnatal, and through menopause… we’ve got you!
From complimentary child watch to custom modifications for your goals, we strive to make the experience exactly what every individual needs. Burn Boot Camp is transforming communities nationwide and changing the way people think about fitness. Start your complimentary 14-Day Test Drive today!
