While it may seem like it is everywhere, Simon Sinek's Golden Circle principle that sparked the "why" movement empowers this generation of leaders to be inspired and motivated. Our values guide our attitudes, behaviors, and decision-making as a leader. If you have been to any of my in-person workshops or sat in my courses as a university student, then you know I always start in the same place--with your values.
