The answer - IT DEPENDS
It certain situations, HSAs are good fits for certain employees (as long as the education and communication is CORRECT) 🙂
In other situations, HSAs are a financial burden. 🫤
Because HSAs have to be paired with a HDHP (high deductible health plan), employees could potentially be left “high and dry” and delay medical care.
