Nicoa has the honor of hosting her former coach Veronica Paz Ollala Love, CEO of the Newfield Network coaching organization where Nicoa was certified as an ontological coach back in 2010. She and Nicoa reflect on her unique LIFE BY DESIGN by looking at her lineage, through the pain of hate and fear as a foundational driver of intentional living and the power of those experiences on her and her family's "Way of Being" in the world. Listen in for a profound reflection on learning to know oneself and recognizing how we create our worlds with our language, compassion, gratitude and overall conscious awareness of the BEAUTY IN ALL.

Learn more here about THE NEWFIELD NETWORK!

Please also enjoy this beautiful video about Gratitude from Veronica's father, the founder of Newfield Network, JULIO OLALLA

WANT TO LEARN A SUPER POWER?  Start talking to yourself! Yep, it's time to start prioritizing those internal conversations in a more supportive, productive and co-creative way. Sitting with one's own thoughts is a super power!  This espresso shot teaches you the FIVE WHYS and then asking yourself profound, conscious, LIFE BY DESIGN questions and answer them on your own terms! It's okay to be CRAZY!

And I'm gonna use this definition of CRAZY - the word “crazy” means silly, strange, or outlandish; we use the word as a modifier like “extremely” or “intensely”; we also use it to mean irrational or unexplainable; and sometimes we use it to describe mental illness.

If Nicoa had a $1 for every time she has asked someone the following questions:
"But have you asked?" or "Did you ask?" or "What about asking?"  What if asking the question you aren't asking actually gets you what you want? A LIFE BY DESIGN starts first and foremost with asking questions - not only of others, but of yourself!  And don't assume what others are thinking. You know what that does... GO FORTH AND ASK!

THIS  was a fun interview with the character that is ALEX BENNETT who is being interviewed in his vintage looking bar he calls his LITERARY BOOZE room! Nicoa has fun getting to know this cool bartender, author, and life long listener and natural mentor who has made a SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON THE WORLD! Alex shares some really cool stories, collected advice and some real life lessons he learned  in his career as a bar tender. He also is vulnerable authentically sharing how he has been moving out of his comfort zone and courageously moving into a state of confidence as a writer in his LIFE BY DESIGN! You gotta watch out with Alex, because if you end up sitting at his bar, he reminds you that "If you tell me a good story, it might end up in my book!" ~Literary Booze, Alex Bennett

This is a very special and powerful conversation with Nicoa's amazing friend Alaina Kupec who is a powerful woman who just happens to be transgender.  Alaina vulnerably shares her personal story of living the American Dream in secrecy, fear, uncertainty and doubt until she finally felt safe and secure to consciously choose to begin living her AUTHENTIC Life By Design.  She asks us all to reflect and asks, "If you don't stand up for us, the most marginalized, weakest, least represented people in the LGBT community? Where is your line? Where do you stand up? "

Alaina appeared in the first nationally aired transgender awareness ad, depicting her being denied the use of a woman's restroom with millions of viewers when it aired on Fox News immediately before Donald Trump's acceptance speech.  Alaina has also been recognized  at the Logo Channel Trailblazer Awards for her advocacy work and was named the 2016 Transwoman of the Year by Transwomen National and in the same year recognized by the Human Rights Campaign as one of North Carolina's People of the Year.
