A couple days ago an article titled “Cold Brew Sucks. Here’s Why” was published. No surprise, it’s ruffled some feathers among people in the cold brew industry.But after reading the article I felt I should share why I respectfully disagree. Although I understand why certain someones believe cold brew “sucks”, there are some points to be made that cold brew shouldn’t be cast in this negative light.
