PRO TIP: buy cold water booties to cut down on the pain in your feet and keep your hands out of the water when plunging in the water below 40 degrees!

A couple friends join me this morning for the first time this season and when asked why they came there answer was “because I heard it’s rough”. Not sure why that was their motivation, haha.

The question is why is the last 10% more difficult than the first 90%? It could be those last few reps in a workout, the final details of a project, or the final mile of a marathon run.

Can our mind get us past the pain? How much should we ignore our physical survival instincts to accomplish a task? And DONT STEP ON THE METAL WITH YOUR WET FOOT!!!
