As we study our text from the 7th chapter of John we discover something incredible about God’s Word. It is made of the same Glory, weight, and substance as God. Because this is so, one must discover from the Lord’s teaching how to use his word to honor the one who sent it.

Advice comes in so many forms, but not all advice is sound. Today, we will see the tension between Jesus and his brothers. Their advice to Jesus is short-sighted, selfish and worldly. The Lord's reply to his brothers demonstrates a submission to his Father and how we should live by God's timetable and not our own.

Today, we conclude the 6th chapter where we see the tension between following Jesus and rejecting HIM. In one of the most compelling and misunderstood  teaching from our Lord speaking about, "...eating my flesh and drinking my blood."  How do we approach this text with clarity and light of the context? That is what today's episode is all about.

Today, Pastor and Missionary Craig Roberts discusses Lot. Lot is an interesting Biblical character where we see the tension of God's calling to righteousness and what appears the reality of Lot's life. It's in this tension that we identify the wonder of God's grace.

In today's text, Jesus proclaims HIS divinity by pointing out HIS existence before Moses and David. Looking ahead to the 8th chapter He even states that before Abraham 'I Am.'  Then we see three things that typically happens when salvation comes to a soul.

Today, we come to a confrontation Jesus had with a crowd of people who the night before were fed during the feeding of the 5,000.  Jesus calls out this crowd of people who seek Jesus for the wrong reasons. He attempts to re-calibrate their motivation by making a comparison between food that is temporary and spoils to heavenly food that is eternal and brings life. Underneath the narrative one can see what it will be like on the final day of Judgement as Jesus confronts the true motivation of the hearts in the crowd.

The Storms of Life reveal a lot about us and become teaching points for our Lord. Today, we examine one such storm in the lives of the disciples and how when they surrendered their fear, they allowed Jesus to bring deliverance to their lives.

Today, we examine how a mass of people come to reason that Jesus is the prophet Moses spoke about in Duet. chapter 18 and verse 15. Knowing that the crowd would make him King by force, Jesus then dismisses the crowd, his disciples and retreats to a remote area. We will discuss the reasons for this and the purpose that Jesus is dedicated to pursue.

Today, Missionary and Pastor Craig Roberts examines the Prophet Elijah and how God prepared him to do an extraordinary confrontation.  Afterwards, he was threatened by a Godless queen and he ran for his life. What we learn today is how God spoke to Elijah in the still small voice...and corrected his servant. Perhaps more than ever we need to spend time listening and waiting on that same voice today.

Today, we examine a miracle performed by the Lord which is recorded in all four gospels. John seems to use it to communicate the Grace of God. Only John gives us the identity of the giver of the gift that will be used to feed 5,000 men, not including women and children. This account is not only disclosing a great miracle, but also the great grace of God to mankind.
