Arsenal faced their first loss of the season to Lens. A physical battle in this game till the end. The game started looking like we got control of it until a second of an event turned it on it's head. The gunners were able to endure much of the pressure and duels until fatigue and a bit of out-of-sync got to the team.
While this team are no strangers to chasing a lead, the physicality and lack of offensive spark saw our chances much singular in approach. However, the spark did come with a number of subs that perhaps would have been needed much earlier. In this pod, I picked out my top 3 performers from what became a cagey Arsenal team fighting for a result. A lot to take away from this loss. Hopefully we don't lose more than that. And so we move on to the next big one. Onwards & upwards. C'mon Arsenal!
An away game at the Vitality Stadium against Bournemouth. Arsenal secured the victory in a combination of good plays, feel-good moment and an unreal atmosphere. Despite the lack of flashy plays, the Gunners were efficient and tight-nit in defending. The win was mainly attributed from tight margins of plays and effective out of possession play, which in turn gave Arsenal the opportunity to capitalize with great quality plays; creating a number of goal-scoring chances. Their discipline paid off as well as eliminating the momentum for Bournemouth to grab something meaningful

NLD at the emirates left most of us heartbroken for several reasons. At the moment, the bigger concern is regaining back our core players to fitness. In a matter of "what could have been", the emotions and confidence would have been uncontrolable. But there's a lot to look ahead. In this showdown, Arsenal looked the part for a significant aspect of the game, but injuries and mistakes changed the entire outcome and the Identity we showed looked a shadow of itself at the final whistle.
On this pod, I spoke about Arsenal's bright sparks and dynamics in the game. Also some elements worth discussion as we look a bit thin at the moment. As ruthless Arteta has been, he needs to apply that in some specific areas as he calls for improvement. There are a couple of surprise players I didn't expect to that needed to be called out. Listen and find out if you agree. Our next 2 games will be just as hard. We just have to bounce back. Onwards & upwards. We are the North London Arsenal!
Arsenal announced themselves with a statement win against PSV. A complete game especially controlling and easily ripping through their defenses. For a young team's debut in this competition, it looked like the Gunners had featured here for a trophy. Credit to preparation and the elite quality of players.
Individual performances were plenty. Although it was tilted towards offensive play. Some of the bench players were able to contribute which will be important balancing these contributions. My top 3 players definitely made cases of their starting spots for the next game. Listen out for the players to know if they are similar to yours. Enjoy. Share and subscribe!
It has finally been broken. Arsenal's victory at Goodison Park, has lifted a painful burden we have carried for quite some time - 6 years to be exact. A welcome change in goal with Raya - Ramsdale is very much in the picture. While it may be described as the less pleasing game with the scoreboard, there's much to appreciate that ensure the one of the intangible factor in confidence was muted to a very decent controlled measure. Enjoy this byte-size pod and share with your friends!
Arsenal played a good game with more emphasis to put the game away in early minutes - especially first half. A lot to take away from this game. I'm sure the overall objective is to keep a trend that adds more fear and respect for the gunners. Now we look forward as Champions league awaits. North London forever. Share and subscribe.
One of the highly anticipated games of the season. Arsenal against Manchester United. I could feel the joy, pride from the fans, players and coaches the way the team fought back to win the game. A thoroughly deserved 3 points and confidence to push. It very easily could have been a disaster. This was a tough game and carried so much weight - not to mention avoid dropping any points.

Arsenal at the Emirates stadium set the stage for what would become a well known early seconds disappointment. This woeful occurrence of less than a minute goal -conceding sent shockwaves through the stands and screens.
The Gunners were determined to respond and turn the fortunes in their favor. It took deep into the later part of the second half to ignite hope for a triumphant comeback. The momentum was now with Arsenal and shortly after they took the lead, it was ours to close out. In addition to Fulham's down 10 men, there was barely any indication of a threat to lose the lead.
on this episode, I picked out my 3 top performers and spoke about something that I believe should be first order of topic following this frustrating draw. A few players are in need of more encouragement and push on their qualities. In this mixed emotions of a result, I hope there is some good that we will be rewarded out of this long-term this season.

Arsenal's nerve racking battle against Crystal Palace to secure 3 points. It was not a pretty game starting with early missed chances - as we know that comes at a cost.
We paid dearly with Tomiyasu's sending off. There were a few moments this could have been different in our favor. But this Monday night derby was not an easy one; not to mention, not an encouraging odds for Arsenal having lost most of our Monday night games. Thankfully, the team were determined to win.
In this episode, I touched on a few things about the game, unraveling the intense, not so great first half; Eddie's scoring chances leaving us with so much gasps.
